The most friendly staff is working.
We came with a child for the first time. We were standing in the middle of a queue of three people, a man was served in front of us, we took his place. And the girl at the checkout began to ask the next ones after us. When I objected that we were next, she gave me a hard, displeased look. We asked what and how to choose to buy here. She looked as if she were looking at primitive people. Something was ordered differently., paid for. She didn't say a word, turned away and went to cook. We stood at a loss what to do - wait or go to the tables. Then she gave one bag with 4-5 cubes of different glazes. And neither bon appetit nor thank you. We went to the tables. They're all covered in crumbs, absolutely every table! Although no one was sitting there during this time. They just don't clean them up. As a result, we open the bag - everything is stuck together, the glaze is mixed between the donuts. Such a sight.

The service is terrible. A woman with short hair was standing at the checkout, looking as displeased as possible. When asked when the doughnuts were cooked, she looked at them with hostility and was silent, and then she said that they were the day before yesterday and again stood and was silent, then only deigned to answer the question. It was incredibly unpleasant to communicate with her, completely cut off the desire to come here again and buy something. At the same time, I would like to make a comment to the administrator, who does not properly train his staff and does not respond to feedback, since according to reviews this is not the first time such communication with clients.

This way - only if you have plenty of time. I've been waiting for an order of 12 donuts for 25(!) minutes. Although they said we'd have to wait five minutes. During this time, even the laziest cook would have cooked. The cashier managed to go out for a smoke and talk on the phone several times. There's no rush here. They ruined the mood and DIDN'T even TRY to APOLOGIZE minimally. even just with words. Although it is usually customary to put an extra doughnut as an apology for excessive waiting. Ugh. It is unpleasant from the attitude: "and so you grab."

There are never any doughnuts available or 1-2 cold ones are lying around. The last time they took what they had from the children - 1 piece. They asked for 6 more to cook - the order was not accepted, they said they would call when they started cooking. The approximate time was called 20 minutes. We waited 45 minutes, they didn't call us, they stood in line (although everyone came after us). They wouldn't have been able to stand it for another minute or two, but the child had been waiting for them all day.

I work nearby at the LinLine clinic, so I often stop by for donuts. I can say that the donuts here are just great! And this is not only my opinion, our entire friendly team is happy to be served at Pon-Pushka. I especially like glazed ones with sprinkles, and another cup of coffee..... And a great mood for the whole day! Polite, smiling staff. A wonderful cafe!
