According to the employee of the institution, it is necessary to make a pre-order 2 (!) hours before closing, otherwise they cannot!
At the same time, the question of why you work is "we sell what is ready" (there are 5 donuts in the window, which, apparently, plan to sell in the next 45 minutes).

I ordered donuts to take away. They said 15-20 minutes and you can pick it up.
I rode around the area for 25 minutes and came to pick up the order, but I sat for another 20 minutes waiting!
Two prisoners are walking behind the counter, who are either going to die now, or fall asleep - slow kapets.
While I was sitting there waiting, after 10 minutes they just started preparing my order, only 4 pieces of freshly prepared donuts were put in the box, and all the rest were put from the showcase!
Question: why wait 45 minutes for 8 out of 12 donuts to be put cooked in the morning?!

Slowly, some of the goods will not be fresh, so they also look like a deflated tire!

Maybe it was a one-time thing... We'll see. But the donuts are certainly delicious. It's a pity to eat a lot in any way) I took both to work, and home, and to visit a couple of times.
