The service is very decent, but everything is included in the price, up to e-mail, send a file - pay! There are practically no queues. I didn't like the attention of the staff in terms of prices. Before arriving at the visa application center, I had a dialogue via Viber with an employee of the center. Initially, I was sent a detailed list of documents required to apply for a visa. After that, I asked about the cost of medical insurance when registering at the center. The answer is about 120p (despite the fact that the chat was saved). Upon arrival at the center 2 days later, the price unexpectedly increased to 246p. Tolerable, but unpleasant!

The staff is very friendly, they will always help and tell you. Everything you need is in place: photos, insurance, copies. They call people before filing, remind them that the list of documents has changed. Super

A good visa application center, courteous staff. The application for a visa and the return of a passport was fast and without questions. If questions arise during the process of filling out the questionnaire, the staff is always ready to help.
