very clean and comfortable guest house with friendly and wonderful people they even helped me in anything i needed in the city guided me in anything i needed i was lucky to be there guest

Great hotel. We were in room 4. There is a kitchen where you can cook and warm up food, tea for guests. Good location between 2 metro stations. The metro is 5-7 minutes away on foot, there are shops nearby, a good place.

A wonderful guest house! I stop regularly! Warm, comfortable, comfortable. Round-the-clock check-in, excellent cuisine and a wonderful receptionist! Thanks to this place!

Отличный мини отель))) Чисто, уютно!!! Лилит- просто умничка, очень гостеприимная хозяюшка))) Вернёмся обязательно! 👍

Мини-отель из апартаментов с балконами, заявленный вид на Арарат присутствует. В номере всё есть, уборка через 2 дня на третий. До основных туристических мест можно добраться за 20-30 минут. Отличное сочетание цена-качество.
