I want to share my impressions of visiting this place. We went with the whole family (with two children of 2 and 8 years old) and everyone was absolutely delighted. Starting from the organization (everything you need can be purchased on the spot, there is a place where you can leave your personal belongings, polite administrators will tell you everything and show you). We also bought a real photo session while admiring the birds!) I am generally silent about the emotions of contact with these feathered tails!! Only thanks to my husband's prudence, we left there without a parrot) I was already ready to buy everything I needed))) As a result: thanks to the administrators and organizers of this wonderful place. I definitely recommend you to visit
Expensive, as for me. We went as a family, 2 adults and a child of 7 years old, gave almost 80 rubles, provided that there was nothing to do there for a long time (for us), we stayed for 15 minutes (fed, took pictures and that's it). And this is Gomel, in Moscow we gave 2000 Russian rubles for the zoo last year and the child was free, that is, we gave 70 BYN, despite the fact that we walked in it for 4-5 hours
They offered us a photo (at the reception), we immediately said that we should not be photographed, we would take pictures for ourselves and take pictures, no need. As a result, we went in, they took pictures of us anyway, and then they started sniffing magnets and photos at an unrealistic cost, when we refused, the cost decreased several times, as a result they bought something, and said that they would also throw the photo into Viber, left a phone number, a month passed, there was still no photo.
It is strange that such a price does not include a cape for clothes, it must be bought separately, it is clear that due to the huge number of birds, we came out dirty, because we did not think that in such a short period of time it would turn out that way.
In fact, it's strange when I go to the dentist at a paid clinic, I don't buy shoe covers, a cape, or a diaper when I go to a paid ultrasound. Okay, the food is paid (and then, the cup costs as for me, as the packaging of such food is intact), but the cape could already be included in the price.
If it were not for the imposition of their services in terms of photos there, the capes are free, the feed would be included in the price, the assessment would be higher of course. In general, it's probably worth visiting 1 time, but after such emotions, we don't set foot there anymore
Positive :The place is very interesting, All the birds are contact, friendly, and most importantly - there are a lot of different species, from small to large! Whole flocks arrive for food, I had to go out and buy more, so it's much more interesting to be in contact with birds. We were photographed with all the parrots, as it turned out, at the exit we were shown ready-made magnets with us, I chose a couple of pieces, there was an action, they also gave us a photo shoot!!!
The staff are very pleasant and you can see right away that they know their job! We were given a tour of the parrots, told about the types, features, rules of maintenance and communication with them, answered my questions and helped me put a huge Macaw on my shoulder, it was a little scary, but then he combed his hair on my shoulder for 20 minutes)
Cons: birds can get dirty, but everything is washed off and there are protective capes
To sum up: I got immeasurable pleasure and a lot of bright positive emotions for visiting the parrot house! A whole photo shoot with popups! New knowledge about parrots and pleasant communication with employees!
The place is interesting. And obviously very profitable)) Visitors feed the birds + 3 p cup for one visitor (everyone wants to feed). It was highly recommended to take a third cup. because the birds are hungry))) The entrance is also not cheap-28 rubles, in my opinion. But everything would be fine, but they also earn money from the photo. 18 rub photo magnet with stand. You come out-everything has been printed out and is already being SOLD)) Yes, it's so good that even with the last money you buy these memories. The photo cost 71 rubles: 3 magnetic photos, paper ones are somewhat inexpensive (they recycle them anyway) and digital ones. unfortunately, digital ones are not offered separately)) The minus thing that I regretted when I took these photos is that they have a wide stripe, full height or length, it says "PARROT"!! I can't just look at the child or at us together without noticing this inscription. It's stupid, because I already remember. Where I went... This left an unpleasant aftertaste. This inscription did not immediately catch my eye. I doubted for a very long time, I was professionally put the squeeze on. )) In general, then we lived very modestly for 5-6 days))), because for me it was unforeseen expenses. It was actually the last money.
Organizers, remove unnecessary labels from the photo. Cropping is of course an option, but you need to spend money on a new magnet format again.
We visited this wonderful place with a young man!!
I'm thrilled, even more than☺️
It is very atmospheric and exotic here. There are really a lot of birds and they are all like in the wild. All the birds were very contact, they flew on the handles, on the shoulders, and even on the head!!! We walked there for an hour, and it felt like 10 minutes had passed. The experience is simply unforgettable. The staff are all very nice, caring, very qualified ... they meet warmly and accompany, by the way, the same way🤍
The birds are so different, beautiful, very well-groomed, and look happy✨
This is real BIRD THERAPY, everything goes by the wayside, just you and nature. Rio (Ara) is in my heart forever! Customer orientation at the highest level: photos, magnets, souvenirs, pet supplies for your birds (by the way, you can also buy a parrot there!!!)
In one word, "Wow."
I highly recommend you to visit!
This is a unique place in our city!!!
What I want to say. There are no questions about parrots. Beautiful. but! Visitors, be careful. I took a special discount on cream. Food. They told me 20p for everything. They calculated it and went to look. They took pictures persistently, even though they told me not to do it. At the exit for a small photo of 18 rubles and almost begged. I refused. Already at home, I opened the receipt and saw not 20p, but 30p! That is, they looked into my eyes and said 20p, but in the end they calculated it for 30! You can't prove anything now, but the residue remains. Don't go near these crooks anymore!
The idea itself is very interesting. The entrance is certainly expensive, and time flies so fast there.
There was a not very friendly receptionist at the entrance, which spoiled the whole impression. When you enter the hall, a parrot immediately flies at you, followed by a photographer, and you are a little shocked 😵💫🦜🦜🙃
And so, for a change, I highly recommend you to cheer yourself and your children up.
A very positive place where you can get to know the birds)) The parrots are in a large, spacious room where they can move around safely. There are quite a lot of small and medium-sized parrots, they are friendly. You can buy food at the entrance to the hall and feed them by hand. It is necessary to walk carefully, birds can be everywhere, including walking freely on the floor strewn with sawdust. There is also a "star" there, a large blue-yellow macaw named Rio. As befits a "star" - with the character and intelligence of a child of 3 years old. Therefore, it is recommended to enter without jewelry and preferably without buttons on clothes, otherwise it will be Rio's "legitimate prey" (he made a small ring out of a button for me))) Inside, the girls look after the birds (they look after the condition of the birds, periodically rustle on the floor and batteries so that the birds fly up, calm down Rio if it is raging strongly). The price of an entrance ticket is of course slightly expensive, however, keeping birds is not a cheap pleasure. Of what can be improved: add a little more bird species diversity (at least a couple of corellas, they are quite friendly and unpretentious). This is definitely a place worth visiting with the kids))
I bought a parrot six months ago, after a month of its adaptation in our house, we noticed that the parrot was sitting at the bottom of the cage, not reacting to anything. when we arrived at the veterinary clinic, they explained to us that we were sold a painful parrot initially, it does not express itself at first. the disease manifests itself gradually, the parrot died a week later, taking into account the fact that we treated it , gave antibiotics, changed the food and so on.after that, we decided to buy a girl, sold the girl, she died three weeks later, after six months we decided to go again and buy one parrot, they sold us a parrot with red eyes saying that it was an albino parrot, we brought it home and a month later adaptation at home began to release its cells, it was immediately noticed that the parrot after 5-10 seconds of flight, the parrot has terrible shortness of breath, it falls and cannot take off, after which we let it run cleanly ... the parrot died after half a month
We bought a budgie for a child's birthday in November... all recommendations on feeding and maintenance were followed. And 2 months later, the parrot died... the child is stressed...although budgies live up to 12 years. The administrator did not give an answer to the questions raised... I believe that the maintenance of parrots takes place in inappropriate conditions and leads to the rapid death of pets in families. Don't buy anything from them!!!
I visited this terrible place today.
At the entrance to the hall with parrots, she immediately slipped, twisted her leg at the knee, fell and hit herself hard. I barely got up...
they called an ambulance, put a splint on my leg and took me to the BSMP.
Now I won't be able to move around properly for several weeks.
The floor in this establishment consists of slippery tiles sprinkled with a thick layer of wooden shavings.(There is no safety precautions!)
The staff does not warn that the floor is slippery!
At the same time, I was wearing comfortable leather loafers and trousers.
Be careful and attentive here!
Take care of yourself and your loved ones!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND VISITING!

We visited a small company with 2 children in 2023.
Of the advantages: this is a very funny place for children, bright emotions are provided for everyone, it definitely distracts from everyday life.
It was great to hold a huge macaw "Rio" in your arms, but before that you definitely need to take off all the jewelry, preferably clothes without buttons and long hair is better to collect, this handsome man resembles a one-year-old child, who just give a reason, and he is heavy enough, not for children's hands.
Among the disadvantages: an unreasonably high ticket for both adults and children. Not enough food for its price. The girls are trying very hard to sell everything that is on sale.
A photo with a child is taken without approval, its redemption is also not cheap.
In general, the place is great for 1 time, but I would not go every month or two.
For that kind of money, you can spend time much more fun
26.08. I arrived with a small child specially from the other side of the city, the website has information that they work daily from 10. upon arrival, they inform me that they will open only around 13.00. There was no such information anywhere. Terrible relationship
A gorgeous place, very relaxing, especially cool to come with the kids. The mood rises, relaxation, aesthetics. And the main thing is that the birds are not in cages but in free flight!
For those who go for the first time with a child, be careful, the girls at the reception are very active in sniffing everything they have for sale there, even more not to you, but to your child, without naming prices, as a result, there may be crying and tears if you are against sweets or are not ready to spend extra money on their not cheap goods, otherwise a hike for 1 hour can turn into 100 + rubles. for several people, because such money can be spent on more interesting hikes or things)).
Familiarize yourself well with the safety instructions on the wall, as suggested by the employee, for whom you will then sign with your full name and phone number, it is not entirely clear why the phone number is needed, it would be better for the girls to pronounce the main points.
The photos they take there without the permission of their parents, then they also sell them for a lot in a magnetic frame, again offering both you and your child that the parent should definitely buy, it's better to refuse, then they will offer you to buy just the pictures themselves at an adequate cost.
It is better not to leave a cup of food with the child right away, because a bird may be scared who wants to sit on his shoulder and scatter all the food, which is so little that they put on 3p, especially fruits that parrots eat more.
As a result, in the end, a good impression of the Parrots themselves was spoiled, which they came to look at and feed.
Of course, it's cool to talk to birds, but the entrance is unreasonably expensive. After the visit, photomagnets are offered at exorbitant prices. There was a girl walking in the hall, taking pictures on a professional camera, I thought that the photo was just thrown off in insta, it turned out to be digitally discarded, too. The food for the birds in a small cup costs like a whole pack. In short, this extortion ruined the whole impression of the birds((
A magical place ✨The birds are tame, beautiful, and willing to make contact. As an adult, I really liked it, but I don't say anything about children at all))) a lot of emotions and impressions, and of course now we have a Yoko bird at home)))(yes, yes, you can buy a pet there)
Only the photos are expensive. And so the child got a lot of impressions, he also asks for parrots. He was especially impressed by the "most important one" - Rio's big parrot. We liked it
After the purchase, the parrot died 3 weeks later. This is far from an isolated case among them. Apparently the birds are not treated and they infect each other. If you open the reviews under the videos of these parrots, you can be horrified how many birds have died. They delete bad reviews on their own networks. I advise you not to go there and definitely not to buy birds. Maybe this way this nightmare will end faster.
We went with the children, we liked the parrots. The girls who look after them were very nice and helped the children to establish contact with the parrots.
Of the cons:
- there were a couple of biting parrots, which caused discomfort and scared the children
- after the time of the visit was over, the sniffing of photos and various small items at the checkout literally began.
So be prepared.
I really liked it! A huge number of different parrots that come into contact with visitors and are not afraid, please and fill everyone with positive energy. The child is happy, remembers every day and says let's go again or buy a parrot)))). I also want to express my deep gratitude to the parrot workers, especially to the photographer (for some water and candy for the child)))). As well as beautiful photos for memory. Good luck!
It's an amazing place that charges you with positivity for the whole day. Parrots are all contact, friendly and so cute and funny that you want to communicate with them indefinitely. The administrators are also super: they will help, tell, talk) I recommend visiting with children)))
Both children and adults liked it! Even if you do not show interest in birds, these sociable companions will not leave you indifferent. It's worth visiting at least once! But we will definitely repeat it as a family!
Great birds. A completely different world. There is a small parking lot nearby. There is a toilet inside for visitors. Opening hours are from 10 a.m. to 9 a.m. daily. But you don't have to come at the end of the day. The birds are too full))
The female parrot died on the 6th day!the cage was cleaned constantly as the water changed this time, the second one was stuffed into a bag of treats for parrots with mold!Everyone's mood is spoiled.

It's a funny place, but... One room, 6x6 m. with hanging ropes. There are a lot of parrots in the room, mostly small ones, but there are a few larger ones. You can buy food, then they will feed from the palm of their hand.
It would be interesting if there were several rooms with some kind of track and an audio guide to different birds (screens).
And be prepared for the fact that when the birds eat, they also shit.
The birds are cute, but sometimes they shit right on you, and I think 45 minutes is unreasonably expensive for an adult and a child, and if you also take food and a photo for memory, then for this money you can buy a good thing for a child
Boorish employees bought a parrot, on the 5th day he died. We bought food and a cage from them together with a parrot. They only offer a 10% discount on a dead parrot.
They bought a wavy one and he died 2 weeks later, bought a second one to replace it and he died a week later. I do not advise buying in this place, save your nerves and money.
