Unfriendly staff, especially the ladies at the reception. Hope they will get competition soon from other hotels. Disrespectful behavior.

I was passing through the city
It was necessary to wait for the plane within 8 hours
Immediately at the reception after payment, I was notified that there are no pillowcases in the room as they are in the wash
To the question, can they come up with something?
The administrator replied that there was nothing we could do.
Of course, they did not offer any discount, etc.
I was offered to put a towel on the pillow …
The room was wildly cold, and of course there were no blankets, just a duvet cover.
The impression is unforgettable after such a trip.

It is very convenient when the flight departs at night, but there are many disadvantages...the windows do not open, there is dirt under the beds, hot water for tea is only in the hall... It is not very convenient to go out for tea in pajamas or if you have a small child and need boiling water! The staff is friendly. It's up to you.

I booked a room at the Port inn hotel through booking a month before departure to Astana, I am flying with a child in transit. Today, three days before departure, the hotel informs me that my reservation has been canceled, they will not be able to accept us- force majeure. The reservation was for a month! Cancellation literally before departure for unknown reasons, while booking received confirmation that everything was fine "waiting for us", but apparently the hotel administration had other plans for our room. Disgusting attitude.
