The store may be good, but the sellers' competence and their level of knowledge are very low. They don't know anything about their product at all. When asked to buy a good vertical vacuum cleaner with self-cleaning (Dreame and Dyson were interested), a short answer was given that there are no such things (and their selection is impressive on the store's website). Therefore, we simply lost the buyer and the opportunity to sell. There is no desire to go there at all...
