A modern hotel. A good location, if you get by taxi, the metro is a bit far. There is a swimming pool, SPA, gym, its own restaurant. The room has a fresh renovation, working plumbing, refrigerator, safe. The bathroom is decorated in an "avant-garde style" - the partitions with the room are made of opaque glass, which is annoying if there is not one in the room.

They welcome you cordially. The breakfast is good, you can have a hearty meal. Meat, porridge, fruits, tea-coffee, pastries, everything is fresh. The price for the room is adequate. There is a spa, swimming pool, sauna. The room is clean, cleaning every day, the water is renewed. The bathroom is clean. Plumbing, as luck would have it, my taps and shower did not flow, my friend had leaks.

A great, new, clean hotel! There is a lot of greenery around, and nearby there is a "drunken" street with many bars and restaurants (not cheap)
The staff is incredibly helpful, the breakfast is good, the rooms are bright and functional! We extended our stay, deciding that we would definitely not find a better one :))

There is a cafeteria nearby where you can buy inexpensive cakes and drink coffee.
Excellent breakfast, there is a fitness center, so you can run in the morning. Of the minuses, I would note the depth of the pool, but it is not so important to lower the estimate.

The rooms are small, it's probably difficult to say that they are comfortable! At the same time, a good breakfast in terms of assortment and quality. One of the disadvantages is the audibility in the rooms, and most importantly from the street!! On one side there is a road with vehicles, on the other a private courtyard with a crowing rooster from 5 am.

Within walking distance of the market, restaurants, shops. One of the disadvantages is that there is no currency exchange. The location of the hotel is good. Quiet enough. The rooms are quite comfortable, but with some special features. There are clearly not enough outlets. If there is one large bed in the room, then the charging sockets are located under the pillows. There are also light switches. So, turning over at night, you turn on the illumination.
The food is decent, the dining room is comfortable.
The staff at the reception is hospitable, but insufficiently prepared. Information about the guests is lost. The settlement issue may take several hours to resolve. The overall impression is 4 with a minus

A great new hotel.
The staff is very friendly.
Daily cleaning service.
The rooms are compact, comfortable showers,
The internet is working well.
There is a sauna, a swimming pool, a gym, a massage room.
I've lived several times and never even thought about which hotel to choose.
The price /quality here is excellent, where the quality is higher in my opinion.
By the way, there is also laundry and ironing, for those who come for a long time. :)
The neighboring street is full of cafes and restaurants.

The hotel is definitely not 4 stars (located next to an emergency hospital and cemeteries), as indicated in the booking, correspond to the basic parameters (purely technically: the presence of an elevator, spa and exercise equipment), but this did not bother me much. The location is not very remote, 10 minutes from a public transport stop.
The staff is polite and attentive, the breakfasts are decent (not wow, but everything is there, most importantly, fresh coffee, fruit, hot). In general, my mother and I liked it, because we were just waking up and falling asleep.

We were a family, we rented 2 rooms. There was a misunderstanding with booking, but it was decided. The guys at the reception are great. The room is clean.

The location is normal, it's a pity there is no territory of its own. There is an ATM inside

I'll start with the negative aspects. Upon arrival in the room, I found that one of the complementary bottles of water was half empty. My pessimism intensified when I discovered the lack of toilet paper. As you understand, it was revealed suddenly and at the most inopportune moment.
Well, in general, the number is like a number. The SPA area is one very proud name. A small steam room and a shallow font instead of a pool. And like the cherry on the cake - a toilet, like a toilet with a hole in the floor.
You may ask why I gave 3 stars?
Solely because of the responsiveness of the staff. The young guys helped me to rescue the phone that I forgot in the taxi. I must say that the taxi driver turned out to be a decent person.
But no small adversities can spoil the impression of beautiful Tashkent. You can only choose a different hotel.))

Nice hotel. Stayed in September 2022. Brand new hotel, clean. The staff is polite and cool. There are many restaurants nearby for different tastes and budgets. The breakfasts at the hotel are of the same type, but for 3 * standards! Accessibility by taxi is 10-15 thousand soums and in the center. I would stop again.

I never checked into the hotel!
I had a late flight and I warned the hotel at the time of booking that check-in would be very late after 02:30 the next day. But my plane was delayed and the next flight was only the next day, which I immediately warned the hotel about. But the staff did not bother to read the comments on the reservation, nor the messages about the flight delay, but simply canceled the reservation at 02:00, by the way, and thereby disrupted my business trip. No other "charms" of the hotel could be appreciated.

Cons: The staff is stupid), the shower in the room could not be done by a clogged sewer, the staff on the 2nd day did not clean the room, ignored. There is no customer-centricity. The price tag came out at 1.4 grams for 2 numbers per day, in general, I do not advise. There is no sound insulation at all, the car is under the window all night!!!

The hole is finite, there will not be a single star there, next to the cemetery, there is not a single cafe, it is far from the center, there are some huts around, breakfast is very poor and tasteless, it is not possible to sleep hard, the pastry chef blows hot air, the shower trough flows, the toilet not only flushes badly, so also and with a glass partition in a double room, the audibility is enormous, the staff speaks both Russian and English poorly!!

I was in a hurry with the last review) now I'll tell you about the cons! It's boiling over.
Breakfasts are not enough to eat, rice must be gnawed, eggs are an inedible omelet (try and understand). That's why sometimes I only drank coffee. There seems to be a lot of everything, but there is nothing to eat.. although I would be happy with simple boiled eggs.
The elevators have broken down 3 times in the 3 weeks I've been here. They fix it quickly, but I'm already afraid to ride them.
The sound insulation is really annoying at times, you can hear people swearing or laughing behind the wall.
And, the room is cheaper if you do not book through all sorts of bookings, but in cash from the counter.
I can't help but note that the staff is really very friendly and helpful, it just smooths out many points.
