Recently, a wedding was celebrated in the banquet hall of the Portofino restaurant in Astana. I really liked the design of the hall, everything was done in the Italian style. The restaurant staff was very friendly and professional. The food was simply amazing, all the guests were satisfied. I would especially like to mention the work of the waiter, who was very attentive to our guests. Overall, it was an unforgettable evening, which we spent in a cozy and warm atmosphere. I recommend the Portofino restaurant for any event.

The food was delicious, but not "5 stars". Sliced fish, well, so-so, thin, Caesar is very good, very fresh. Baked meat is very tasty, fresh, superbly baked, very good.
Further, the technical component, since we were at the New Year Celebration, we found a complete lack of ventilation, when people started drinking and dancing in the hall it became hot, wet and unbearably CO2 levels rose, uncomfortable, unpleasant. Neither the drawdown nor exhaust ventilation works, this is unacceptable for such establishments. There are two smoking rooms, but the hoods do not work and all the stench goes into the building, very very quickly, thoughtlessly and at this time unacceptable for such establishments. The floor around the perimeter near the windows is dirty and not washed, just smeared and that's it, it doesn't creak, so to speak, when you drive with your finger. Chairs are uncomfortable to sit for a long time,
In the general hall on the ground floor, as you enter directly, it is unacceptable for events, there are passageways in the kitchen, according to the technical component, an unattended room that is used for mass events, do not get caught.

We were at a New Year's Eve corporate party. Delicious, fun, and we're lucky to have neighbors! The building is certainly not the first freshness, but a convenient location.
