A wonderful place: sunny, quiet, clean and close to the city. There is not enough bike path and places for privacy (gazebos, benches).

There is a complete lack of infrastructure, there is only one entrance to the town, there is always a pandemonium of cars during rush hours, of course the asphalt is broken to deep holes, the sidewalk is convenient only on the main street along 3 townhouses, on other streets the sidewalk either ends abruptly near someone's self-erected fence, or throughout its entire length radically it changes direction. There are still a great many shoals taking place, but it's impossible to list everything. I put 2 stars only for the initially brilliant idea of building such a town.
the village is normal, not all houses are completed, more or less inhabited, there is a grocery store and even a small cafe
, if anything, there is also a grocery store and cafes in nearby Drozdovo (the grill room has recently opened)
It's not bad who has their own car, except for public transport and what should be in the projects has not been built yet. I would say 4 with a minus. I live here myself.
Eternal construction. It is not clear when the road will be built, who is responsible for it, and in general, when it will finally be completed. The feeling of an abandoned village.
