You are forced to redo the documents (even if they correspond to the originality, with all the seals, etc.... they give you about an hour to deliver the documents (physically it is extremely impossible). On a request to inform during the day , it is negative to refuse - it may depend on the person who accepts ). When considering for a visa within 2 weeks, even if there are doubts about the documents, a normal embassy requests additional information from the applicant via e-mail or by phone, here anyone is lucky. You can come for your passport on the day of issue, and you can be re-requested for new documents and given time again until the end of the working day (about ~ one hour). In this case: if you inform and prove your purpose of the trip, they will issue a visa, if not, then you will take a clean passport with a refusal (we saw from the experience of other applicants while we were waiting).
