I did not like communicating with employees, they respond with prepared phrases, no support in the current situation. Only on TV they say how wonderful and organized everything is. There is not even a list of citizens in need of help. We could work with embassies of other countries to organize the departure of citizens. The job is disgusting. Specifically, can I get information from you when exactly will you start working in the organization of the export of Russian citizens???

The expiration date of the passport is coming to an end.passports. An electronic queue is not possible, it is not known when there will be a free "window". On the phone, Madame replied that we could not help in any way, to my question "what should I do, I will not be able to leave, what a vicious circle", she only laughed and said that all the information on the website, read there....I've never seen such nonsense before....why do you need a department if it doesn't work?...I strongly doubt that so many people apply for passports that there is no free entry .... lazy and boors

The document has expired and this is Russia, which I have always been proud of. There is nothing for what then they are needed???!!! Shame on you!

The terms of consideration of the application, according to the simplified submission, it turns out that at best the answer will be in a year, in words I will tell you up to a year.
Nice employees? It's probably written by the employees themselves. An inadequate woman answers the phone at the embassy, is rude, throws down the receiver, and generally talks to people from a high position. I applied for renunciation of citizenship a year ago, the ambassador said he would call in January, but no one called. The consular department does not answer calls, and letters are not answered either.
