Everything used to be fine, now the employees have changed. They don't do anything there at all, they can't even call the number and notify their branch about the receipt of a parcel. My parcel was with them for 2 weeks and during that time no one called me once to tell me that a shipment had arrived in my name and I could pick it up. Everything is just terrible.

Everything is fine, orders are being delivered on time. They call me as soon as my package arrives. I'm very comfortable. BUT the work schedule is too short, sometimes I don't have time to pick up orders.
