Если что то получать, то лучше после 15.00 .
С утра обычно , - коммунальные платежи, пенсии, и прочие развлечения у народа. Придётся постоять, подождать.
Ближе к вечеру, поспокойнее, попросторнее, без напрягов....

Вечно не дозвониться до них. Там просто скидывает. Нет времени самой ехать, а почтальон решил что нашего дома нет в принципе
