Стою в очереди и вся очередь слушает истерику оператора, что она одна, ничего не успевает, а народ идет и идёт!! Я стою уже 30 минут!! Работники все путают, не находят посылки, и вообще "Не обязаны помнить"

Бывает долгое обслуживание,но в этом не виноват персонал.Часто зависают программы.
А женщина,что сидит на кассе очень приятная и добрая,всегда поможет и объяснит.

Не приносят по адресу уведомления. Пришло заказное письмо не принесли уведомление. Пришел перевод не принесли успели. Почтовый ящик есть. Ругалась с сотрудниками, почтальон сказала у вас почтовый ящик(общий стоит у дороги) весь в снегу я не буду ходить по снегу. Вобщем не хотят работать. Про квитанции жкх я вообще молчу, мы их ни когда не видели.
