It became quite convenient when the electronic queue appeared, no one swears right away. The operators are always polite and will help if anything. It's just a pity that it's very far to walk from the Crystal now, I hope they will open the mail closer to us, and not just for the Farm. Because of this, I now send parcels only by European post, so as not to go far to Belpost.
