Great mail! There is such an employee there (probably the head, if I'm not mistaken- Ziedapa) - very responsive, hardworking. It is always visible in her eyes that it is difficult for her, but she is ALWAYS polite! When you go there, you remember the Soviet Union - there is also something warm..
