A good bank. Private, it was bought by the UAE and the bank's staff is trying to solve all issues promptly and mobile. The visa card was opened in less than 20 minutes, in other banks it took 2 days to spend and 2 times to go to the bank.

Convenient, affordable, but alas, not fast. Parking is problematic. The staff needs to be trained in politeness and the manner of communicating with customers. The waiting room does not always accommodate all those waiting, you have to stand.
