One of the advantages is the location in the center (but not for those who dream of a beach holiday, since there are no beaches nearby). We were asked to change our underwear before arrival-they met us halfway and changed it. There is hot water and its pressure is normal. Theoretically, there is breakfast and it is included in the room rate, but we did not go to it.
Among the disadvantages-not very clean, small rooms, strong audibility of neighbors and the street, the window was not closed tightly, so the noise of motorcycles and morning touts will be all yours. The pricing changes several times during the day: we stopped by, they told us one price (900 lira), on the same day they came to extend it for another couple of nights there was a man at the reception and said something in Turkish to the administrator (we thought it was the owner) and the price rose to 1,500!!! In the end, we spent one night and moved out. For that kind of money, you can find much more comfortable living conditions. For example, on the next street there is a cozy hotel with friendly staff and a new renovation, where the rooms are twice as large in size and the price was 1200 per night.
