Toilets are terrible. It stinks, one booth at a time, a queue. There are few chairs for waiting, and there are a huge number of people. The worst airport I've ever been to
When departing from Poznan airport on September 30, '23. there was a very unpleasant incident at the customs post.I, a citizen of Ukraine, was almost deported by a customs officer. She insistently demanded a bigger card from me, even though I was in Poland for 89 days!!! She poked me with my biometric passport, pointed to the chip, and yelled that I was obliged to read the Polish website "dia pl", where, according to her, it is written that when entering Poland, you immediately need to apply for a bigger card. She held me (she didn't give me my passport and passport) for about forty minutes, I almost missed my flight. She threatened me with deportation from the country!!! Although a special document is not needed for up to 90 days and for citizens of Ukraine there are amendments to the law signed by the President of Poland (until 04.03.'24), I will remember this very unpleasant incident for the rest of my life. This was my first visit to Poland and I think that the last one, I don't want to face such inadequate "guards of order" anymore.
At the airport in Poznan, when checking in for a flight, we encountered a very unpleasant employee who was inattentive and made mistakes in paperwork. If there was an empty seat on the Poznan- Kerkyra plane, she reserved a seat for my child at the other end of the plane (when an empty seat was found nearby during landing. In general, she brought me to tears, pretending that she did not understand me. I would like to say that I suffer from cancer and did not expect such an attitude in any way. It is a pity that such people work at Poznan airport
