Very nice hotel! Cozy rooms, there is everything for comfort. The breakfasts are varied, natural coffee is prepared for your choice. You are greeted by attentive and helpful administrators. Additional dry cleaning and laundry services are promptly provided in the shortest possible time. I recommend it!

I didn't stay in the rooms. But the restaurant is great! A varied menu. A beautiful pitch. The view of the city, especially at night, is amazing. The prices are more than affordable

I lowered the rating for the room due to the very noisy operation of the air conditioning system and an unpleasant smell in the toilet room and in the room itself, which partially disappeared when the air conditioner was turned on, perhaps these are the disadvantages of a specific room, and not the entire room stock. Breakfasts are very far from ideal, in terms of the range of dishes and snacks.

The hotel has a rooftop restaurant, which creates certain inconveniences for residents, apparently which the hotel management believes should be solved by themselves somehow. We stopped by on Friday, there was a children's party, screams and screams reached the room, but ended early enough. The next day there was a wedding, the songs and dances were so loud that I, being in the room, could hear every word, the wedding ended at 23:00, but after that it became even more fun-the next hour and a half moved the furniture!!! After calling the reception at 12:30 at night, I was asked to move to another room))) well, yes, I will pack my suitcases at night in my pajamas-is this even adequate? If you have such a problem, then please notify the guests in advance and offer them options!!! A hotel room does not cost three kopecks and you need to match it! After all the events, apparently the staff is not trained to clean the restaurant! Both mornings we had breakfast in a filthy restaurant, leftovers, wine corks and other debris from banquets lay on the floor, tablecloths were not even shaken out on the tables, everything was strewn with crumbs.
Another moment, the TV was not working in the room, a guy was sent from the reception, who apparently held the remote control in his hands for the first time and did not understand what they wanted from him at all) after he naturally did nothing, I called the reception for 2 hours and heard one thing-now a specialist will come to you, but the specialist never got there 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ I think our requests were simply ignored.
In general, the hotel is absolutely not worth the money, especially with such an attitude towards residents

Nice area, quiet. There is a summer porch, but it's already hot for breakfast. The staff is friendly. The rooms are cleaned once a day. At the reception there are nuts, dried apricots, it's nice. Everything is covered in carpets. The breakfasts are normal, but you could add fruit. Croissants, guys, well, in the next plate you have samsa with the most delicate dough, make the same French rolls. Why put three-day croissants in the form of dummies? You can, I know) And clean up on the second floor, on the balcony, I didn't have a door to the balcony, but you can see through the window.
Overall, the impression is positive.

One of the best hotels I have met in Tashkent. Small and cozy. The service, design and friendliness of the staff can be compared with the Hyatt Regency Tashkent. A divine fragrance in the room. High-speed Internet- we didn't regret it, well done! And they also make delicious pilaf to order. The price per room is more than acceptable, and there are practically no places, so it's better to book in advance!
