The rooms are readable. Spacious. Breakfast is a buffet, varied.Located in the center, near the metro. The administrators are pleasant, polite, Russian-speaking. We settled in a little earlier. Thank you. We will definitely come back
We arrived in February. The hotel is located in the center, very convenient. The room is clean, cleaning was done every day. The room was warm. The bed is comfortable, the linen is snow-white. Toilet paper, shower gel, soap - everything was enough, towels were changed regularly. We lived on the 2nd floor, Windows facing the courtyard. There were no police sirens. There was a refrigerator, a kettle, and a hairdryer in the room. The breakfasts are excellent, for every taste. Hot dishes-porridges, sausages, soups, then various vegetable salads, boiled eggs, butter, cheese, jams, sausage and cheese cuts, yoghurts, muesli, milk, fresh pastries, hot tea and delicious coffee. Always warm plates and warm smiles from the staff. Everyone understood our Russian language. I liked everything, I'll come again.
A good-quality hotel, with very dense and delicious breakfasts, clean rooms, daily cleaning, convenient location, near the metro (Krasnaya Vetka) I.P.Pavlova. There are tram stops and many restaurants nearby. There is a SPA offering a beer bath.
Delicious, hearty food.
Simple rooms without frills, but it's nice to spend time there.
A gorgeous terrace where you can have breakfast and just sit and relax.
The bathroom takes the fifth star in my rating. It's not critical, but it's inconvenient to do all your business in the bathroom/toilet.
Beautiful garden on the terrace, vintage furniture, morning coffee, stunning view of the neighboring buildings..one of the delicious moments of the beauty of Prague. The advantages of the hotel are good location, competent pricing policy, Russian-speaking staff, good breakfast).if the windows are facing the street, it's a little noisy. I recommend
A normal 3-star hotel. The museum is a 10-minute walk away, and the metro is 3 minutes away. The rooms are nice, the bed and pillows are comfortable. Sooo good breakfasts, even two types of hot and salads to choose from. The coffee is very tasty. Of the minuses, during the week the towels were only beautifully hung and not changed. They did not always dry completely until the evening. Maybe I should have thrown it on the floor or talked.
Convenient location, 5-7 minutes walk from the metro, there is also a tram stop, it is convenient for those who have excursions from Malostranskaya, 22 23 trams run (10-15 min. to go) . The room has a kettle, cups, glasses, refrigerator, safe for an additional fee. Breakfasts are quite normal, 2 hot dishes, 3-4 salads, sliced meat, cheese, rolls, pastries, tea, coffee, etc. Minus: the smell in the room, as you enter, you open the windows to ventilate, everything is normal, but this is in winter, as in summer I know, there is no air conditioner. The beds are comfortable. A pretty good hotel, I recommend it!
Convenient location, 7-10 minutes walk to the main square. The room is decorated in a modern style. Very tasty breakfasts that have been waiting for since the evening. Friendly staff. I liked everything, I recommend Prague centre superior!
I liked everything very much!! Clean, cozy. The kitchen is also very good, especially the pastries.
The room has a kettle and a hairdryer.
Another plus is that it is located in the center and did not have to go anywhere.
the hotel is very good, cleanliness, silence, polite attitude, a variety of breakfasts. we were in Prague in February, the weather was not very lucky, it was cold. but the hotel was warm and cozy. located next to Wenceslas Square, only 10 minutes walking, very convenient
Nice hotel. Clean, the bed was changed twice a week. The room was cleaned every day. Calmly, only the walls are too thin. We could hear the neighbors snoring, but we were so tired that it didn't bother us. A wonderful selection of breakfast dishes. Convenient location:The metro and tram stop are not far away. Pleasant service in Russian.
The hotel is ideally located there is not enough information in Russian at the reception, in general it is not bad, but in 2018 in Vienna the 3-star hotel had a Russian-speaking employee at the reception and there was more attention to our tourists, but their main income from us is to their hotels, restaurants and bars
The hotel corresponds to its level. We went, we go, and God willing, we will go. We are unpretentious people, but the guys are great, we have no complaints about them, the service and breakfasts are at the proper level, and given the location, there are no problems at all. This is not our first time in Prague, believe me, there is something to compare it with. Not always 4 stars can be better than 3. May God grant you prosperity

Good price/quality ratio. Convenient location, within walking distance from the main attractions. The metro is nearby. Not a bad breakfast.
We knew where we were going, that the hotel was only three stars, but to such an extent...
the room was terrible! The carpet is stained, the TV is in the corner, and opposite the bed is a closet!! In the bathroom, the tiles were all covered with mold, there had been no repairs for a long time, the shower was falling off the wall, it was very problematic to wash! The breakfasts are normal, I can't say that they are delicious, but you won't leave hungry. The bed linen was changed twice in a week, which was a huge plus. I added another star just for the location! The center is nearby, literally 10 minutes on foot, well, a maximum of 15 if you walk very, very slowly.
Dear employees, it would not be bad:
1. Welcome the guests of your Hotel. To tell the guests good afternoon/good evening /have a nice visit
2. Do not threaten guests at breakfast with eviction because of a forgotten paper card.
3. Congratulating guests at breakfast, Do not give assessments of the behavior of unfamiliar people on the occasion of who and how they celebrate and do not give assessments of the nation, this is not in your competence, and look at yourself, one such parting word indicates the degree of bad manners!
4. Remove the dust, At least before the arrival of new guests, and under the beds too. check if all the fixtures are in working order.
5. You should be more friendly to the guests!
Because the receptionist left us without breakfast.... Since we were leaving for an excursion, we did not have time for breakfast in the morning and were warned in the evening to leave us a dry share....but when we went to the reception in the morning, we were told that the employee had crossed us out because we were like. They changed their mind about going... Although we didn't ask anyone for anything.... Since they didn't leave us any dry food and we didn't have time to have breakfast anywhere else, due to the negligence of the employee at the reception, we were left without breakfast....And no early check-in...as they previously wrote in the reviews... . We were checked in at 13.55...
A good hotel, it has everything for its three stars. Very tasty breakfasts and a beautiful interior, the plumbing in the room itself was not very good, but I'm probably finding fault with that.
The hotel is one name. Disgusting. They settled in the basement, in a dark room, with almost no lighting. The room has a neighbor's shower, the thinnest wall. In the morning and evening we listen to the neighbors washing, talking, rattling, their TV, etc. In the morning we drank tea in the room, there were packages left, they were not removed. They said it was not their responsibility, take the garbage to the toilet. Since there is no basket next to the table! There are no breakfasts, no washing or porridge. Olin hoeb with sausage and cheese. Not a hotel, but a 1* hotel. Or a flophouse. I regret the fall, so it was taken away.
And there is no air conditioner, although it is indicated in the description. And insects are crawling into the room from the corridor and from the courtyard. Tin!
Great location. The room was fine, no noisy neighbors, comfortable temperature. Very, very good breakfasts! Will I come here again? Yes, this is a good option.
Terrible breakfast. It's not edible. Towels and bed linen are changed every 3-4 days. The only thing that saves the situation is the excellent location. Wenceslas Square is a 10-15min walk away. To the I.P.Pavlov metro station 2-3minutes

It's a very cozy place. Close to the center. The rooms are spacious. The room has a kettle and a TV. I liked the hotel. The staff is Russian-speaking. The breakfasts are normal.
We were with my wife in March 2018, a great hotel for ridiculous money! There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, the historical center is within walking distance
In general, it's not bad, but: you can't turn around in the bathroom, the rooms are too narrow, there are no urns - only 1 in the bathroom. Of the + there is a kettle with cups, a refrigerator, there is no use from the crown, since it does not freeze. There is a courtyard.
The staff is not friendly(
When it was 35 degrees hot, a puny fan barely begged for it!!!
Someone's socks were in the room when checking in!
Despite our requests to remove them, they remained so)
Breakfast is normal!
No frills, but you can't go hungry.
There is a nice patio.
Poor cleaning, they give the worst room available, the curly-haired manager does not want to change rooms. He's cheating, like there's no more. I was here for the second time, definitely the last time, it got worse. I do not recommend it.
Everything is great and the service and the breakfasts and the attitude of the staff. The terrace is generally a fire. But at +40 on the street, I only dreamed of an air conditioner, and it's not there (

I liked everything-the location, the breakfasts, the room-for a good four. The furniture would be more modern, and the air conditioning.
The room is poorly cleaned. The dust under the bed remained as it was during check-in. They 'll remove the path, and that's it. There are cobwebs on the walls in the corners. Number 401
