The Praktik Stroymarket pleasantly surprises with its huge assortment — it has almost everything you might need for repairs, construction or home improvement. It's convenient when everything is in one place and you don't have to run around different stores.
The consultants are generally quite good: if necessary, they will prompt you, help you with the choice, and if you can't figure it out yourself, you can always ask for advice. I was especially pleased that, if necessary, employees can help carry and even load materials into the car — this is a big plus, especially if you buy something large.
Because the flooring seller asked me to write a review himself.
When buying laminate flooring in an apartment, the bald seller, it was the seller, not the consultant, as it turned out, who was sitting right under the counter where "FLOORING INFORMATION" was written in huge letters, did not say anything when I said that I was buying this 32 laminate in the apartment, when it turned out that 33 had to be taken into the corridor. Let's even skip the moment when the wrong laminate was brought in and we had to return it on our own to change it. What struck me most was that when I bought, I asked the "seller" if the 12% discount of the day was valid for this laminate, the answer "YES" satisfied me and I went to the cashier where I was told that the discount was not valid.
As a result, I return to this SELLER a couple of days later and ask the question "why were you deceived?" expecting to hear "I didn't know." In response, he began to present, "why didn't you ask the administrator?" "I'm an ordinary seller," to the next question, "what does the administrator have to do with it, if I buy laminate from you, since you're a laminate seller, why talk about something you don't know yourself?" the whining began that all sellers are poor and unhappy, everything makes them guilty, go write a complaint if you don't like something. I only have 1 question after that. Why is he needed there, why is he sitting under the INFORMATION counter? If, as it turns out, you need to go to the administrator every time, and not to the consultants for advice about the product.
Result
We mixed up the goods in the warehouse (returned them on our own)
Useless consultant (who runs into us in response)
Deception in the "promotion for the whole product" advertisement (it turns out to be only for the product that is beneficial to them)
