I often buy a decent store there , there is almost everything, if not, you can order , polite and informative sellers
Prices are moderately not cheap but not expensive either
The local hardware store is "within walking distance". There are only a few of them. The prices are moderate and average. Everything is done without delays and red tape. The guys are nimble and trouble-free. They used to thrive. Now, like many, they are surviving. But so far it's normal.
