Great place! It was in the spring of 2025.
The picturesque forest, the friendly staff of the sanatorium and the renovation around warm the soul, distract from the everyday hustle and bustle. The territory is fenced, access around the clock.
The food is a good canteen, it is cooked in steam convectors. Of course there are no frills, delicacies, fried here.) Mashed potatoes from real potatoes, not powdered! The pastries are simple, fruits are rare. Meat - as it gets. There is no buffet, but there is a choice of menus 3 days in advance. Dishes are mixed according to diets - for diabetes, for proteins, etc.
The medical staff is responsible, attentive and responsive. I bought additional procedures, because they are not included in the short 5-day package - they did not advise too much. Unfortunately, I couldn't get massages, but my breathing helped and my sense of smell improved. We updated one of the re-boxes during the check-in, which is cool.
The tours are professional and wonderful, even though they take a minibus. It's not a bad compromise for a sanatorium, I understand it's difficult to recruit groups in the off-season. The scale of the overview from the minibus is certainly modest.
Transportation to Minsk is by taxi or 2 buses (~ 10 flights per day, for cash or a travel card, there is no booking).
There is no pool in Praleska, but the neighbors visited nearby in a Rocket. Prices are affordable, they are growing like everywhere else. I hope that the staff of the sanatorium is polite not only to the guests, but also to each other inside, and the managers are not shy about coming to the rescue.
The main thing is the expectations of the guests and the shared mood. Make sure that you are looking for a sanatorium :) not a 7* renovated hotel, assorted snacks, cosmetics sellers, and spa features. There's a sanatorium here. Therapeutic.
Wishes for the sanatorium, in addition to the renovation you are carrying out:
1. Hot tubs - it makes sense to buy one or two more, because people taller than 185 exist :)
2. Sightseeing tours make sense to be conducted in the format of buses with panoramic windows.
3. Acquiring a website and a second terminal at the reception is a good investment. Aquarium cash desks and banking details in b2c are still outdated.
4. The elevators are beeping on every floor - I arrived at 6, but there is sound at both 3 and 4. Is this regulated?
5. Navigation around the sanatorium - a beautiful schedule of procedures can be accompanied by a flyer with a map of what is located and where.

I had a rest at the Praleska sanatorium from 5 to 15.04.25. Very nice, friendly atmosphere. High-quality dietary nutrition, thanks to Margarita for her smile and greeting, which set the mood for the whole day. I thank the rehabilitologist N.A. Zarubitskaya for her professionalism, sense of humor and approach to each patient. Thanks to the cultural and mass sector: N.V. Magdalinina for the excellent organization and beautiful piano playing during lunch, Angelina for master classes in weaving, knitting and drawing, Ilya Ivanov for organizing concerts, karaoke evenings, cool discos with live vocals. And so, in the person of Ilya, I discovered a professional vocal consultant. He revealed to me many interesting things that my teacher had not shown me (the position of the larynx, tongue, soft palate, how to breathe). He is a teacher from "God". I advise everyone to come to him for a consultation in Praleska.

We decided to visit Belarus for the first time. I chose from several sanatoriums. We decided on a Burlesque. We liked it! There is something to compare it with. Rest for a couple of days. Reboot. Silence, stunning nature. A 10-minute walk through the forest, along a good asphalt path, you reach a large beach to the Minsk Sea. Gazebos, pine trees, sun beds and a reservoir. On the other hand, after going down a little, there is a quiet river with ducks and beautiful landscapes.
The food is quite varied, dietary, and delicious. The menu is customized. The staff in the dining room is friendly!
The medical base is good. There is a choice, if desired, of paid services. The medical staff did well!
The atmosphere is conducive to relaxation.
A good set of cult-mass events. If desired, you can also go on excursions.
I want to return to this good place.
Now parents continue to rest. Sanatorium-resort course. They're happy.
