There is very little traffic, and there is at least some kind of business on the ground floor: a pharmacy, a shawarma, a coffee shop. It's very sad on the second floor: there are few people, a lot of rolls are empty. Going up to the second floor with a baby carriage is also a problem.

A small shopping center on a beautiful square with lawns and a fountain. There used to be a large restaurant and cafe here, now there is a grocery store and retail outlets.
