Review of a trip to the village of Blagoveshchenskaya on 07/14/2024 There are a lot of negative impressions left. At the office of the travel agency "Proper Rest", we were told the travel time was 28-30 hours, in fact we stayed on the road for 41 hours (we left Gomel on 07/14.24 at 4:15 and arrived at Blagoveshchenskaya station on 07/15.24 at 21:00). There were traffic jams, but there was also a breakdown of the bus at night, which was eliminated within 2 hours. A full day of rest at sea was taken away from us.
The way back is generally a horror. Departure was on 07/25.24 at 10:40 a.m. from Blagoveshchenskaya station. Only after taking all the tourists from Dzhemete and Anapa, we were informed on the way that the air conditioner was not working. A distance of 1,700 km, we baked in traffic jams, dripping with sweat.. The management of LLC "Correct rest" was aware of this and did nothing, everything was covered in the chat " 07/14.24 ANAPA". As an apology, a 0.5l bottle of water was offered, and then by the management of the Siatur travel agency, because the bus was partly from the Right Rest travel agency, partly from the Siatur travel agency. On the way back, there was another breakdown, and this is not surprising, the Neoplan bus was built in 2007 (information from the website of the Siatur travel agency) . I wrote a written complaint to the management of LLC "Correct rest" about the refund of funds for a poorly rendered tourist service, which was refused to me. Unfortunately, the contract is drawn up in such a way that there is little to prove, so I am writing this review, maybe it will help someone when choosing a travel agency so as not to spoil their vacation.

We were going on vacation - the bus broke down, we were going home from the same vacation and the bus broke down again on the way. A simple repair in hot weather is completely unpleasant. Well, we drove to our destination and back much longer than the time stated by the tour operator, although we did not stand in traffic jams.
