The hotel is fresh, new and cozy. The rooms are small, but everything is there. New furniture, comfortable mattresses, everything was working properly. On the 10th floor there is a small swimming pool and a nice cafe, but only a few sun beds and they are always busy (( Breakfast in a beautiful restaurant, but no frills. The location is convenient - near a business center with an exchange office, a Karefor grocery store and cafes. It takes 15-20 minutes on foot to get to the metro. .

The new hotel, the rooms are clean and cozy. The range of breakfast dishes, of course, is not like in coastal all-inclusive, but there is a choice, anyone can find something to their liking, there is enough of everything. Everything is delicious. We were in the second decade of February, the hotel was full. The administrators are all friendly, ready to help, explain. There is a coffee shop on the ground floor. Nearby there are shops, restaurants/cafes, a bus stop, a 15-minute walk to the metro.

We stayed at this hotel for a week. Overall, a very good impression. The location is good, Barsha Heights is a wonderful neighborhood. The metro station is not that close (15 minutes walk to the platform), but also not far in general. There are Carefoor and African and Eastern shops nearby (you can buy alcohol there). There is a place to walk around. The rooms facing the street at night are a little noisy from cars, but it doesn't bother. The beds are comfortable - the pillows are different in stiffness and you can choose the right one. There is no iron in the room, but they leave ironing boards with an iron in the hallway. However, they are sorted by numbers and not always returned back to the corridor. The water runs both cold and hot. The Wi-Fi internet works fine. There is a small pool on the roof and there is also a relaxation area. The water is heated, the temperature is quite comfortable - refreshing. The breakfasts aren't bad, but if you live there for a long time, you might get bored. They give scrambled eggs, mushrooms, bacon, sausages, potato pancakes, rice, noodles, beans, nuts, very tasty yoghurts, cooking, etc. There are few fruits and they are not impressed. The staff is friendly and importantly speaks a little Russian. I will definitely come to Dubai again and stay here. This Premier Inn hotel chain also has hotels in Deira, near Ibn Battuta Mall and elsewhere. I've been to these areas as well. I have nothing against the residents of Deira (mostly Pakistanis, Hindus), but I would not stay in this area. It's colorful, of course, but girls and children are unlikely to like it there. Therefore, I recommend the hotel in Barsha Heights.

Very nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. There is a Russian-speaking employee of Abdy at the reception. Delicious breakfasts and dinners are a buffet, the choice is not huge, but there is always something to eat, we visited in the morning so that before dinner we had a light snack, and without heaviness in the stomach with the desire to lie down and not move. The hotel has central air conditioning, we have not met before, the desired temperature is conveniently adjusted. The letter about the transfer time was brought to the room, which was very pleasant. There were paths in the corridors, you couldn't hear people passing, it felt like we were alone on the floor. It's 13 minutes to the subway, although for the first time we got a little lost and walked 40.there is a bus to the beach, you need to sign up in the evening, we were in the middle of March, there was enough space for everyone, the beach is to the right of the Parus hotel.

A wonderful hotel for your money. Excellent location, close to the metro station. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants in the Barsha area. A big plus, for me, is the free shuttle bus to the beach. I took it only with breakfast (buffet) - delicious and varied. The staff is ready to help with everything. In general, I did not regret it.

A normal hotel for your money. The breakfast is decent, the location is good - the metro is 15+ minutes on foot, there are several cafes, currency exchange, several supermarkets nearby. We didn't get to the gym and pool in 4 days. The only negative is that there are no usual cotton swabs and discs in the room, but maybe there aren't any in this category.

A new clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet, something new every day. Underground parking included in the price. There is a swimming pool on the 10th floor. There were two adults and two children - we fit in one room, where there were two extra beds. The staff is very pleasant, ready to help with any question. Nearby is not an expensive Bench restaurant - dinner 70-80 dirhams per family. Opposite there is a business center with an exchange and a Carrefour. The price is great!

Great rooms are clean and new, the pool is nice but small when a lot of children are not very comfortable. Good cleaning and polite staff. Next to the reception, a great cafe with fresh pastries. There is a bar where on weekend evenings you can listen to music and drink and eat. I liked the hotel! Everything is new, clean, and not shabby. The breakfasts are good. I liked to eat on the balcony of the restaurant.
The metro is a 10-minute walk away.
There is a scheduled transfer to the beach in the form of a small bus. But we often took a taxi. The beach itself is nice, huge, but without sunbeds, cafes, etc.

Nice city - type hotel ( no territory ) . There is a small swimming pool on the roof . We rested in early November , it 's hot , but not deadly . The second time was in June - that 's hell . Choose a vacation in the UAE in the fall . The room was small, 1 double bed + 2 separate full beds for children - it pleased me . We took breakfast and lunch (changed with dinner) . The food is varied , sometimes unusual , but delicious . We took a taxi to all the sights for 30-40 minutes to the Museum of the future (buy tickets in advance) , to the frame , to the pier - the time is about the same . I took a shuttle to the sea in the morning . Comfortable. The sea and the beach are clean . Keep in mind that there is nothing on the beach , no sun loungers or umbrellas . Just the sea and sand - beauty !
