US embassy is not far from the hotel - about 15 minutes to walk. Rooms have everything for comfortable living. The price is fair.

A wonderful hotel. Friendly staff and specifically an Administrator named Bakyt.
The rooms are clean and tidy. The cafe in the hotel, where the food is wonderful and inexpensive. The cafe has a pleasant staff. The ability to park a car. Not bad. There is no elevator because of the disadvantages. Overall, it's a good impression.
I can't say the same about Yandex.Food. It's the blackest Company I've ever met. The indifference of the Support Staff simply "killed".
I admit, I am writing a review about the Hotel for potential hotel Clients. By Yandex.Food, Friends, I do not recommend using this Service. You will be thrown, as they threw me, and you will not get the truth and support in Black Yandex. Hotel Like, Black Yandex.A lifetime ban on food and refusal to use their services.

I liked the hotel as a whole. The location is very convenient, if you need to stop near the US Embassy, then walk for 10 minutes, slowly.
Public transport stops are also nearby.
The hotel itself is not bad inside, all the amenities are there. It is better not to drink water from the tap, there is a cooler in the lobby of the third floor.
There are disposable shampoos, a toothbrush and soap. Also, towels and disposable slippers.
One of the disadvantages is noise insulation. The audibility is very strong, one of the nights it was impossible to fall asleep normally at all.
Also, the hotel is located next to the private sector and, at night, there are a lot of local hookers hanging around the entrance, who shoot cigarettes.
The rooms are not cleaned often, but I think if you ask around, they will do everything.
There is a PPSh restaurant on the second floor, the food is excellent, the portions are huge, everything is very tasty.
They also do massage in the same complex, but I can't say anything about it, since I haven't used this service.
There is a mini grocery store outside the complex, it even seems to be around the clock.
The staff is polite, always helpful and helpful.
Overall, a solid four. Everything is pretty decent, meets expectations.

I saw bathrobes on the picture of the hotel's website, in fact they are not there. You can drink tea, for this there are mugs, glasses, fine tea bags, sugar. A small disadvantage of the hotel is that it is located next to the road, it is hot in the room, but opening the window is noisy from cars. And I also didn't like the "restaurant". Some kind of oilcloth, faceted glasses, serving food in aluminum pans. I take it nostalgia for the Soviet times? Well, it's not very tasty. I took pancakes with meat, the menu has one price, but in fact added 159 tenge. It's a pity I saw it late. Unpleasant... And in general - friendly staff, ready to call a taxi, tell you where to go, where to go. Next time, if I have to, I'll stop here.

Convenient location, within walking distance from the US Consulate, which is exactly what I needed.
Comfortable room, meets its stars. There are minor flaws, of course, such as cracks in the sink or a flimsy shelf in the shower, but this is not critical.
The restaurant is very pleasant, in the style of a Soviet-era home environment. The cuisine is excellent, the staff is courteous. I especially want to mention the dumplings, like my grandmother's in childhood!
There is a wood-burning sauna on the territory of the complex, steamed very well and relaxed.
In general, I recommend it.

Pros - nice clean rooms, within walking distance of the US Embassy
Cons - the hotel is located in the old district of Astana, there is simply no infrastructure nearby, shops and cafes nearby look like sheds, there was not a single time that local aborigines did not come up to me to shoot a cigarette, ask for change or help with medicines for sick relatives. We just checked out of the hotel. We were VERY satisfied. The room is clean, the hotel is cozy.
We chose this hotel because we needed to live near the embassy.
Everything worked in the room: hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator. We cleaned every day, put in new toothbrushes and pastes, gels and shampoos every day. The curtains are Black put, so we slept great in the morning (for me, light in the morning is a problem). Everything worked in the shower, the water drain was not clogged, the hood in the toilet was working.
The staff is very friendly and helps you at the first request. They gave me the WiFi code and it also worked flawlessly.
There is a cafe at the hotel. The cafe is cozy. The food is delicious and not expensive. It's like home.
I highly recommend it.

I came to Astana for 6 days, found this hotel and paid in rubles through Ozone. I was interested in the hotel next to the US Embassy (900 meters away). However, around the tire fitting, etc. But quietly, calmly. The room is clean. The staff is polite. The room has everything you need - a kettle, a refrigerator, slippers; in the shower there is soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste and a brush. I rubbed one on the floor. I often go on business trips - I was pleasantly surprised by the large number of lamps in the room (in addition to the main lighting, on the bedside tables, table). There is a cafe on the 2nd floor. The food is homemade, it is cooked quickly, the prices are adequate.
Of the disadvantages, perhaps, only the lack of an elevator. It's hard for me to climb up to the 5th floor every time))

We arrived as tourists from Moscow.
When we got out of the taxi , the view was very alarming , here you have a small private sector with a construction site , here you have baths .. it seemed very unsafe (the taxi driver told us so, "girls, don't try to walk here, a lot of drunks will steal you")
I came in very, very worried.
But inside there is comfort , beauty and silence .
We were greeted at the reception. We checked in early for an additional fee . However, you cannot pay with Russian cards . But we had an international backup.
Then, going into the room, I broke into a smile. It 's very warm , clean , and smells delicious .
Of the amenities, it was important for me to drink hot tea (there was a kettle and mugs of tea) - I was pleased
Warm blankets , cotton linen , soft pillow - a buzz
The bathroom is clean , with an excellent extractor hood - it is not humid . The water pressure is excellent, hot water (rather boiling water) is present. I was happy to warm up after the cold .
A spacious closet with hangers and shelves , it was enough to decompose into two people .
And a separate bonus is the smell of the bathhouse . This is my separate fetish , my favorite smell is when the bathhouse is heated .
Bottom line: for those who are going to be mostly in the city center and travel by taxi is ideal.
For those who like to walk around in parks or squares, I do not recommend it.

I want to thank the hotel staff. Polite, friendly, responsive. The hotel is small, the room has everything for a comfortable stay. A good hotel, friendly staff, daily room cleaning, a nice spacious room was with a large bed and a good mattress, the room was standard, a table, a refrigerator, a TV, a wardrobe. This is a nice hotel with very pleasant staff. The rooms are clean, there are enough towels, there is a refrigerator in the room, the door is locked with a key card. There is a shower set and tea for each person for a day. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator. Going up to the fifth floor with heavy bags is a dubious pleasure.

I stayed overnight during the transfer. The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and cozy. The only drawback (insignificant for me, since I only stayed overnight) was the rather weak sound insulation, which made noise from other guests interfere with sleep. But it probably won't hurt people who are not sensitive to sound. I will definitely come back here if there is a need for a flight waiting place again.

We were in Kazakhstan for the first time , on business .I was looking for a hotel closer to the Embassy .I booked it a month in advance .I was satisfied with its location , price , and payment upon arrival .We stayed for 3 days very satisfied. 4. The hotel has a good location considering its price. It is far from the center, but this did not cause any inconvenience. We walked to the center.
Didn't like it · The only thing I didn't like was cleaning the rooms. During the 3 days of stay at the hotel, the room was not cleaned, the towel was not replaced, the garbage was not taken out. Although we hung the sign with the cleaner for the 2nd day.

A good hotel for your money. Of course, it does not pull at 4 stars, by European standards. But it's a good three. The rooms are clean. There is no elevator in the hotel. It is located next to a noisy road and a construction site. But the price of less than 3,000 rubles per night is quite acceptable. There is a cooler with drinking water on each floor. It is better to draw water from it for boiling water . tap water with bleach. A big minus to the kettle in the room, it is terribly cheap and smells disgusting of plastic. 🤢 Arrived ahead of time before check-in (at 10:00) , check-in from 14:00. The administrator said that for an additional payment of about 2500 rubles, he can check in now. I refused, decided to wait a few hours before officially checking in. As a result, at 13:30, the administrator invited you to check into the room.

I read reviews on Booking, a lot of positive ones about the US Embassy. I agree with this, the embassy is not far away. There is also a beautiful mosque relatively nearby. But it is very far from the other attractions of Astana. Definitely not for walking. I was also very upset by the audibility. The neighbors have a stormy love, it was like I was holding a candle. A good hotel, fully meets its stated 4 stars, the room has a TV, kettle, refrigerator, cups, glasses, router (works well), linen, pillows, mattress are all clean and of good quality, in the bathroom personal hygiene items for each guest, disposable slippers. The staff is very nice and friendly, they respond to requests immediately. Well, if you take into account the cost of living, then it's just fine, from the 19th to the 23rd it turned out to be 8000 rubles. Close to embassies and beautiful places. There is a shop and a cafe. Urban transport runs, and routes can be tracked in Yandex maps. I got from the airport with 1 transfer in 40 minutes. A 4-bed hotel with a range in price and service . The attitude is friendly, the specialist at the reception is sociable, always ready to help with accommodation, registration, hotel service and taxi call. The hotel has its own restaurant PPSh (pilaf, dumplings, kebabs) and they cook very tasty, the Soviet style of the setting is in a modern way; the prices are affordable. There is also a sauna and a massage room for those who wish. The rooms are clean for 4, but everything works (TV including with Russian channels, refrigerator, shower and bathroom, white slippers, toothpaste and brush, shampoo/gels, 2 towels per person are updated every day. There is an air conditioner; the noise insulation is certainly not very good, you can hear well from the next room. The hotel itself is within walking distance from the Chinese, Russian, American and Kyrgyz embassies, and the airport is 20-25 minutes away by taxi.

The first floor of the hotel is a sauna / steam room. We haven't been there, so I can't say anything.
The second floor of the hotel is a PPSH restaurant (Beer, Dumplings, Kebabs). In fact, this is a very ordinary dining room with dirty oilcloths on uneven tables. But the food is delicious and inexpensive. There are breakfasts and business lunches. Music plays in the evenings.
The other three floors are a hotel. There is no elevator. There is a water cooler on the fifth floor, but if the water has run out, then the cylinders are not changed immediately.
We had a room on the fifth floor with windows to the courtyard just above the roof of a nearby building. Apparently, in the rooms below the windows look into the windows or into the wall of this building.
The room has one large bed, two bedside tables, a refrigerator, a kettle, a TV, a hairdryer, a wardrobe, a table and one chair. Therefore, we drank evening tea sitting on the bed.
Of the advantages, only polite, courteous staff at the reception, a comfortable mattress on the bed and the location of the hotel.
Upon check-in, the room was clean, all appliances and taps were working. There were even some slippers. It's not clear, though, why alone, if we settled together.
That's it. The rest is just cons.
For five days of staying at the hotel, we have never even had the garbage taken out of the room. There were no cleaning rooms, shampoos/gels were not added.
The pillows are very thin, the blanket is one and very thin. There are not enough outlets even for those appliances that are already in the room.
And the "disease" of many hotels is audibility: you can hear everything that is being said in the next room.
