My impressions of working with the visa application center are extremely negative.
When signing the contract, I was assured that the visa application would be submitted at the end of January. However, in mid-February, the application ticket was not received. After my request for the possibility of filing before the 14th, I was assured that everything would be in time, but later interpreted my words as a promise only to inform about the filing date before the 14th.
Active actions on my issue began only after my numerous status requests. During the conversation, Agent Artyom got personal, convincing me of my excessive concern about the issue of submitting documents, providing not an actual service, but psychological support, which is not included in the subject of the contract and was not expected by me.
On February 13th, when I announced my desire to withdraw the money due to the impossibility of submitting it after the 14th, I was promised a coupon for the next dates (today/tomorrow). However, on the same day it became clear that there would be no ticket for these dates.
After requesting a refund, I was refused, referring to the fact that I had already been booked for filing (although the filing date was not set, and the service, according to the contract, was not provided). The refund request form was sent only after my statement of intention to go to court.
I hope for a refund.

They book mainly only a paid VIP lounge, they do it without air tickets. The chances of obtaining a visa with this approach are 30/70. After that, the treasury does not work at all and offers to help with the appeal for $ 100 per person. The money/quality ratio is very low, I do not recommend it, you will also do it for free without effort. It's a direct service to get rid of for a lot. Naturally, the refusal.
