We signed up for a haircut and long-term styling. The haircut was done the wrong way (they showed the photo as it should be), they did not get long-term styling because there was not enough time!
For some reason, only two hours were allocated for these two procedures🙄
Then the master said that she could still make it, but she was told that she had another record and would not make it. We asked for one "master" but there was another girl. They cannot transmit information about the client's wishes normally.
A complete disappointment!!!
