My husband ordered me a bouquet and a Scandinavian cake through this store on March 8th, and I was pleasantly surprised! The bouquet turned out to be not only beautiful, but also very unusual — it had a combination of colors that I did not expect. It is very nice that florists follow the trends and create something really original. In addition, the delivery was completed on time, the courier was polite and accurate. But a cake is something! Scandinavian salmon cake is just incredibly delicious, so I had enough of it for a few days. The surprise was a 100% success, and I was very pleased with such attention from my husband. The flowers stood for a long time and pleased the eye, and the cake was a great addition to the holiday. Thank you to the store for such a wonderful atmosphere and high-quality service!

I have tried many times to "change" this place, but it is impossible! Bouquets are always of high quality and stand at home in excellent condition for up to almost a week, if you still follow the advice from the florist. For the price, too, for me it is now the leader to whom I turn for all holidays, even small ones. They collect a real masterpiece from 50 rubles, and not 5 roses, as in some places (bouquet in the photo). But for me, first of all, this is also a gift shop and very interesting things, I always complement my gifts with your ideas) Thank you for your hard work!

It wasn't the first time we ordered bouquets for ourselves and friends, everything was fine.
We were pleased with the service and warranty.
There is a phrase on the website that it does not apply to peony-shaped roses, but they clearly should not look like THIS the day after buying a bouquet, especially since all the care conditions have been met.
They replied on Instagram that this was the norm and that they might have been hit by water.
And, apparently, it's okay that the bouquet doesn't look presentable in less than a day.
UPD: The roses were replaced after a long correspondence, already with a new version that it happened because of the heat.

You order one bouquet, they collect another, trying to convince you that it is the same bouquet. But they only have a distant resemblance. We ordered 4 bouquets on the website for graduation. You can look at the photos of what was ordered and what was sent to us. Do not waste time, order where you will get what is in the catalog. Despite the fact that they did not say in the order that there are no components and they will replace them.
