The territory is semi-enclosed, green, well maintained. The pool is 5+, the room is clean, no frills. The reception is responsive, competent, and will always help. One of the disadvantages is that in the restaurant- although there are a lot of waiters - they work very slowly, reluctantly, nodding at each other. And another fly in the ointment. When leaving the hotel, the daughter forgot a soft toy (she probably fell behind the bed). We called the hotel three times, they searched for two days, but they never found her☹️

The hotel is located in a convenient location, 15 minutes away there are shops and many pleasant cafes for relaxation. The staff is pleasant, almost everyone speaks Russian. At the time of the end of September, the air conditioner in the room was not cooled at all, it was not very hot outside, because this did not spoil the rest. The rooms are in perfect condition, large, bright, huge corner glazing. The views are good in all directions, Ararat is visible only from 2 rooms on the floor

I have already stayed at this hotel three times, everything is fine, The rooms are clean, the service is excellent, the breakfasts are certainly not very varied, but always fresh and hearty dishes. a good hotel, our room did not have a heated towel rail or any string, the swimsuit did not dry overnight, there were only 2 pillows on the bed, although the hotel was 4*, clean, cozy, exhaust grilles were clean, there was an ironing board with an iron on the floor, breakfast was good, everything is there except good coffee, coffee here even the vending machine cooks in Armenian;) The water in the pool is 20-22 degrees, in the afternoon local people come to swim and sunbathe, if the windows overlook the pool, then you can hear music, you can go! it is located not far from the center, 20 minutes walk to the singing fountain,

The rooms are clean, spacious, panoramic Windows on two sides, beautiful views from the windows - we have Ararat and the temple, he called at the weekend. The heating is air conditioned, so in winter I recommend taking warm clothes and socks to the room. Well, it's a little noisy from the condos at night. The bathroom is clean, the staff is caring- they asked for vases for flowers- they gave them vases. Everyone speaks Russian.
The room has: hair dryer, kettle, refrigerator, safe, shampoo, slippers, soap, gel. There are no bathrobes, no toothpaste. The room is supplied with 0.5 l bottled water, 2 per day.
Towels are changed as needed-the ones that you throw on the floor.
What I would like to add is spot lighting, there is only an overhead light and a light in the hallway and toilet. If one is sleeping in the room, the other is uncomfortable staying awake.
I liked the breakfasts. A lot of vegetables in all kinds, eight types of hot, juices, coffee machine, sliced fruits, dairy products, four types of jam, cheese, sliced, sausages.
The grocery store is a little far away, walking past the construction site, it is dark and unlit in February.

The staff is good, the rooms are fresh. Breakfasts with hot dishes. Beautiful view of the gorge, Ararat is visible from the high floor. The cleaning is average, but there was nothing critical. We chose this hotel two years in a row. There is a family room with a private room. Toothbrushes, comb, shampoo and gel are available, and bottled water is left for the maid every day. Minus the dangerous metal balcony, windows without grids and slightly dangerous when opened for small children. There is no playground, but there is an outdoor pool section for toddlers.

We were at this hotel at the end of May.
The hotel is not bad, we lived in a two-room room, there was a lot of space, everyone was satisfied. Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed and water is added according to the number of people.
We chose only breakfasts from the food, as they cook delicious food everywhere in Yerevan and we wanted to eat in the city while walking. Breakfast is buffet style, the set of dishes is simple, but there is what you need. You should not count on a wide range of cheeses and fruits.
The water in the pool hadn't warmed up yet, so there weren't many people, and the pool bar was working quickly. Tanned from the heart. We should also mention the waiter. He worked 100%, always made sure that we had drinks, worked ahead of the curve. Sometimes I forgot to bring the task, but it didn't spoil the impression.
In general, the staff at the hotel is responsive and strive to make your stay comfortable.

For breakfast, it's even very good. Everything is clean. The room is large, daily cleaning, change of towels. The only problem with the TV was that it turned on and off every 5-10 minutes. The problem has not been fixed. We didn't swim in the pool because it was cold, out of season. In general, I can give the hotel 5: cleanliness, attitude of the staff, pretty good breakfasts. We chose the hotel based on the location and availability of an outdoor pool, and we did not lose! Lovely room, clean, overlooking the city, with everything you need for a good rest! The pool exceeded all expectations, the service is beyond praise. The room is cleaned daily, water is added and towels are changed. We were in the middle of November, we stayed at this hotel. There are minor drawbacks (constantly not working coffee machine, monotonous breakfasts, leaky shower, poorly functioning TV)... But these disadvantages are absolutely not significant, and they do not spoil the overall picture of the holiday. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel management and the lovely girl Lilith, who works at the reception, for generously providing a room on the highest floor of the hotel, so that we could enjoy a beautiful view of Yerevan and Ararat to the fullest! This is the fifth time we have been staying at this hotel. And we will come again! We relax like at home, like a family.
The number corresponds to the photo.The room is spacious and clean.There are slippers,
a refrigerator, a safe and air conditioning.
Breakfast is a buffet, you can't go hungry. Dairy products, juices, fresh fruits. Coffee.
Outdoor pool, spacious. Cleaned daily, does not smell of bleach. In the heat of the moment, that's where we spent our time. It is very bad in Yerevan in summer without a swimming pool.
I would like to thank the hotel staff separately. Their smiling and positive attitude, help with any questions.
There is no language barrier. They speak both Russian and English.
It takes a couple of minutes to get to the center by taxi.
I definitely recommend it! For a relaxing family holiday, holidays with children. Delicious, clean. Family friendly, friendly atmosphere !!!

The name of the hotel is very pretentious, but the level is 3 stars. One of the advantages is the friendly staff. We were here on March 8 and the morning began with a beautiful rose as a gift from the hotel. We created the mood for the holiday in the morning. That's all with the pros. The rooms are large, but not cozy, shabby with cheap loose furniture, washed towels, hard and very uncomfortable pillows, eventually did not get enough sleep and ran away after breakfast. A hotel that draws a maximum of 3 stars. We spent 2 nights here and it is a pity that I did not get acquainted with the reviews on Yandex maps in advance.
The only positive thing is the location, close to the center (10 minutes by taxi). There is a polite employee at the bar (it seems there is one for the whole hotel).
We stayed in Dilijin for several days in another 4-star hotel, too, so there is something to compare it with.
The staff leaves much to be desired, you will not smile, there is often no one at the reception. We were asked to bring bathrobes to the room, at the reception we were offered to go up to our room and call from there to have them brought to us. No comments.
Noise. Upon check-in, they asked for a quiet room. But as it refused, there is a restaurant under the windows (as they later said at the reception from all sides), where music beats every evening until 2 am. There is no question of a normal sleep earlier than this time. With the windows closed, the noise insulation is zero.
Breakfast. The choice is extremely meager, there is practically nothing to eat. Coffee - even instant coffee will be better than the one that can be made at breakfast from a coffee machine.
You can not refuse breakfast, they are automatically included in the room rate.
The pool is not bad, it is big enough. There is a small one for children nearby. The water is cool, probably in summer it is the best.
The towels that are given out for the pool seem to have gone through the war.😄 Bathrobes, by the way, too. My husband was given a bathrobe with a hole in the sleeve.
There are a lot of sun beds - there are enough for everyone.
In general, I recommend the hotel only for 1-2 nights, no more.
It is better to look for a hotel in a quieter place for this money, with better reviews and conditions of stay.
P.S. I added a star for the attitude of several employees who are not only friendly and helpful, but also ready to help and make your stay here a little better.

The hotel is generally not bad if you know how to turn a blind eye to small flaws. Of course, it does not reach 4 stars, but in general it is not the worst option. This is not the first time in Yerevan, there is something to compare it with. We stayed at the Republica Hotel and Panorama Yerevan Resort. It seems to be 4* everywhere, but the hotels are sooooo different. About everything in order. I will try to be brief and to the point)
1. Location. Relative to the center and the main attractions, it is not bad. Especially if you are ready to walk for 10-15 minutes at a leisurely pace. If you are not ready to walk, there is a taxi, they arrive in 3-5 minutes, the price to the center is about 700 drams.
There is one disadvantage in the location of the hotel. There's a nightclub across the street.. out of 8 nights we "danced" 4... even with the windows tightly closed. Plus roads with active traffic. for the silence, probably not here after all.
2. The room. The whole thing is working. We had a family suite, floor 10. 2 rooms: a large living room with a large bed and a seating area in the form of a sofa, armchair and TV, as well as a small room with 2 separate beds and one bedside table. There remains a passage of 20 cm))) At the same time, there is a balcony in this room and the door does not open completely from behind the bed, you can only walk sideways and carefully, so as not to tear yourself something on the windowsill))). There is a refrigerator in the room, a kettle, water is provided daily, tea/coffee is not available.
A large closet, but few hangers, a safe. There were slippers, there were no bathrobes.
Towels are changed on demand (you need to leave them on the floor), bed linen has not been changed once in a week.
Windows... huge, wonderful panoramic windows, but terribly dirty.. it seems that they have not been washed since the construction of the hotel)
3. Breakfast. It's not enough and it's the same thing. The set has not changed in 8 days. Eggs, rice/buckwheat/pasta, sausages, stewed vegetables. Slicing 2 types of sausage and cheese. Yogurt. Coffee machine. You can eat in the restaurant itself, or by the pool. Strangely, there was no lemon for tea and the teaspoons were plastic.
4. Staff. Friendly, helpful, hospitable. Maids are slightly lazy) room cleaning is most often to take out the trash and make up the beds). The left "gratitude" did not solve the problem))), everything is at the same level)
5. The territory. She's almost gone. A bar, tables, an area with sofas and of course a swimming pool. I was very pleased that the pool is cleaned daily, water samples are taken, filters are running. The water is 21-22 degrees, it may be warmer at the height of the season.
The pool bar is working properly, the prices are not cosmic, you can pay with a card or in cash or put it on the room account.
Wi-Fi in the rooms is not bad, it does not charge by the pool.
To sum up: a good hotel for your money. But definitely not 4* and you should not wait for some luxury delights) If you close your eyes to the little things, you can have a good rest, especially in such a beautiful city and such a wonderful country)

We stayed here for a couple of days and every time we went to the pool, we went to have lunch at the pool cafe. On the first day we took a burger, we didn't notice anything unusual (although it could have been because of such unsanitary conditions). On the second day, we already decided to try something new and ordered wings and there was a man's hair (probably on his arm) it was fried along with the wings. After that, we called the administrator and he told us that it was not hair, but just fried fiber, you know yourself that this is ridiculous. They did not withdraw the wings from our account and did not apologize. The next day we ordered a caesar and what do you think, there was a caterpillar. I was shocked, she just crawled out of there onto a seemingly clean fork. This time I decided that I would deal with it normally, and not like with the wings. They apologized and apologized for the watermelon. I thanked them, but it was not there when the Caesar bill was brought to us with a bonus as a caterpillar was included in the bill, I did not pay attention to it, and when I already paid the bill I saw it. They replied that they had "completely forgotten and would return the money to me." As for the rooms, I don't know why, but it always stank. The rug that is all over the floor is covered in hair and very dirty, I do not advise walking barefoot)). One bottle of water per person all day when you ask for, say, 2 bottles, you are safely refused. Sockets are a separate work of art, not what kind of block we had there did not hold normally. I want to leave a review specifically about the pool, because I did not rest at the hotel. Dirty sun beds, which are scary to sit on without bedding, all the legs are covered in centuries-old dust.
A small area, a pleasant lawn on which you can put a sunbed. The territory is very small, there are not many people. Quiet music. In general, for such money, I think if the options are better, if you want to relax by the pool. The impression is so-so.
