On my first visit, I was delighted, however, the last time, I did not like the attitude towards customers very much. On the question of which exhibitions are currently being held, they began to kick from one window to another. As a result, we rode the elevator (with a tour of the capital from the observation deck) and left. It is extremely not healthy when no one knows which exhibitions can be viewed on the territory of the library. My wife and I were really upset. Minus a point (although there is something to take off a couple of points for).
