A wonderful hotel. Excellent traditional mud treatments, BUT fewer and fewer Italian staff, both in the restaurant and at the procedures ... and this does not improve the attitude towards the hotel in any way. Previously, they were immigrants from Estonia, in a minimal version, now it's solid Moldova, but where are the Italians themselves??? It's a pity, but I'll probably look at other options. I don't want to be a bore, but this hotel had its drawbacks and so for dinner, according to the evening program for old people, but changing the main Italian staff is already too much.

In principle, for Abano Terme it is not bad enough as a hotel. Solid 4 !A very good medical center with Russian-speaking staff and massage therapists. Although, regardless of the knowledge of the Italian language, there is always a friendly and friendly attitude. Exactly 5 out of 5! What pulls you back is the restaurant. Breakfast and lunch by the pool are still tolerable in summer, and dinner is just a mockery of food! 3 with a minus. A total of 4 points out of 5, but if you don't have dinner at the hotel, then the President is a pretty good option for a good rest!

I highly recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone. A wonderful swimming pool and various types of hydro massage, excellent cuisine, useful mud wraps. Russian-speaking staff. 👍❤️
