We stayed in early December.
We booked very quickly, the host replied immediately. The accommodation is located near the city center, very convenient.
The hosts are very friendly and sociable, treated with tea from the road)
All rooms are new, fresh, and very cozy.
Large bed, excellent mattress, comfortable and comfortable. The house is located in a quiet area, so you will 100% sleep soundly. There is parking for a car. There was a Jacuzzi in our room, which saved us as we were frozen. The room has a refrigerator and a kettle, panoramic windows and a modern TV with all options.
The guys have a lot of other rooms, for every taste.
Thank you very much for your hospitality, we will definitely come back👍🏻

A chic, Magnificent, Cozy hotel where you want to return!!! The hospitable host is Vladimir . A new guest house with a soul , good quality Euro renovation . The owner Vladimir thought through everything to the smallest detail. The room has everything you need, a comfortable bed with orthopedic mattress. There is a kitchen - living room for cooking and a fireplace for barbecue. The recreation areas are very beautiful. Parking in the yard. Thanks for the rest, Ella.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The owner is Vladimir Vladimirovich, a very nice and hospitable person. The rooms are clean, fresh, and cozy. A wonderful gazebo for gatherings. The owners of the house will tell you where to eat, where to go and what to see. We had a great time and rested before the trip. Rooms for every taste: smaller, bigger, with Jacuzzi. Thank you for having such places to relax. It's a pity I didn't take a photo, but the photos from the owner are correct.

We stayed at the guest house for a couple of days, it was a pity to leave as everything is comfortable and convenient. Good repair, everything is clean, new furniture, sockets and all sorts of little things are comfortable and thought out, modern shower installation, slippers, bathrobes, soap accessories, spacious rooms and a balcony with a table, armchairs and a dryer, downstairs there is a fully equipped, clean and cozy kitchen. The hosts are very responsive and unobtrusive, in general, we really liked everything, if we return to Kutaisi, then only here!

We travel a lot of places, and this review is not even about Georgia, but in general - it's a tower!!!
The guest house (by the way, a very good definition, because everything here is for guests) is new, opened a couple of months ago.
Repairs, furnishings, interior, additional services for guests (kitchen with everything you need, chilzone, although the hostess lamented that they did not have time to put a billiard table, a well-groomed courtyard).
Everything in the rooms is thought out to the smallest detail! Very high ceilings!!! Not really a three-dimensional space
The end rooms have stained glass windows, with gorgeous balconies with gorgeous views!!!
In the bathrooms, everything is very expensive and rich, there is even a hygienic shower, and in the showers there is a killer shower unit with a rain shower!!!

We traveled with friends. We chose this place to stop in Kutaisi. And it turned out that it was the best choice for us. The hospitable host and attentive hostess surrounded us with care and warmth. Modern interior. Everything is done with taste. Comfortably. Very clean. The rooms are comfortable. The kitchen! We were comfortable here. I recommend it for a visit.

We stayed in this wonderful place twice, as we traveled through Europe, and Kutaisi was our intermediate point. The guest house is just great! The hosts are very hospitable and friendly (they will meet you from the airport, tell you where to go, if necessary, they will take you). The rooms are clean, cozy and well equipped, the atmosphere is very pleasant, it felt like home. We recommend it to everyone who is looking for comfort and warmth in Georgia!
