I am extremely disappointed.
I was walking by and saw the sign hair polishing. I've done this procedure before in other places and I've always been happy. But this time I burst into tears when I came home and saw that the tips were 4-5 cm in a large number of small serifs. When the procedure was done, the master suggested cutting off the ends, but I did not understand why, since I cut 10 cm in another salon a couple of days ago, I did not want to reduce the length, which I informed the master about. She said whatever you want.
Why the master did not say that the ends were spoiled after polishing and they must be cut off is a big mystery to me. Or did she not see that she had ruined her hair or hoped that I would not notice?
I am very upset to tears.
I will no longer trust the hair of the masters of this salon and I do not recommend it to you
I paid 5000 AMD for the procedure
And I paid 10,000 drams in another salon to fix this horror
