Terrible quality of service. Namely, in chronology:
18.30 print the receipt
18.45 in their program, they note that the docks are signed and the trailer is issued, they take a photo allegedly at 18.45
When issuing the trailer, no one said that they work until 20.00 + they said that there is + 1 hour
In fact, the receipt was printed at 18.30
The docks are being printed at 18.45
I hook up the trailer only at about 19.10
At 19.17 I leave the parking lot (there is a screenshot of a conversation with a person during check-out)
The next day I arrive at the parking lot at 20.24 they demanded money from me for + 1 day.
To the condition of the trailer: the safety rope is rusty and keeps on its word of honor. The rubber is bald. The connection wires can hardly reach the outlet.
