Insisting on replacing this unusual preparation and serving, the officer took away this sliced meat. after 5-7 minutes, the manager (a girl of Asian appearance or a Korean or a Kazakh woman) comes up and says that the meat was cut in front of her, the dish is "normal"... having persuaded us to accept this meat and asked the waiter to return this meat, which had been cooling somewhere for about 7-10 minutes, the officer returns the previously brought meat as a result which was already semi-cold with cooled pieces of fat, with veins, it was not pleasant to eat, more than half were not eaten and they were cleaned of the sinewy film and fat, and the meat was getting cold and cold…
absolutely the best (but also the most expensive) meat restaurant in Tashkent. Impeccable meat, elegant serving with a chef cutting near the table, a good wine list. Six out of five)

There are minuses and pluses.The food is very tasty, there can be no conversation, but the menu is all the same!
The atmosphere is naturally calm in the morning, but in the evening the city, like the institution, wakes up!
The meat is delicious, at the expense of lemonades it is cloying, then sour.
There is a lot of turnover with the staff, it is always served by different people, which is bad.Music only in the evening, background music in the afternoon is generally tolerable.
