The views are gorgeous, the breakfasts are awesome, there are 4 (FOUR!) coffee machines freely available. Everything is fine, but there is a nuance! If you arrive ahead of time, you will be asked to IMMEDIATELY write a + review on tripadvisor (therefore, you should be skeptical about the reviews on that resource). We refused, saying that we could not praise what we did not see. As a result, we were told that the room was not ready and we had to wait for 14:00)))
A nice quiet hotel near the metro.
In several stations there is a very good Lumpini Park surrounded by skyscrapers, where local (and not only) residents relax and exercise, and monitor lizards also live.
And if you drive a couple more stations (to the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre), then there is a large cool market nearby (Khlong Toei Market) with inexpensive products, fruits, dishes, etc.
Also relatively close (you will have to go through areas with auto disassembly) there is a boat station with which you can get to the palace for a cheap price, but I would not go there a second time through those areas)
I think it becomes clear that the main advantage of this hotel is the location
Of the minor disadvantages, I will note tired furniture and dirty windows, but this did not overshadow the few days that I was there
