The hotel is located in the area of the Mother Armenia Monument. It is very difficult to get to the city center on foot, in the evening it is generally unrealistic.
The rooms are large and spacious. The room had air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. There were no lamps above the bed, and there was no towel rail in the bathroom.
The breakfasts are pretty good.
Cleaning consists of taking out the garbage. I had to ask for replacement towels and toilet paper.
There is a five-meter swimming pool in the courtyard, you can swim in the evening.
There is a minimarket opposite the hotel, open up to 24 hours.
Great hotel! We were part of an excursion group, so spending the night, having breakfast and seeing the sights is a great option. Opposite is a supermarket with good prices, open until 12 at night. The room is clean, cleaned and towels are changed every day. Breakfast buffet. The variety is small, but there were no hungry people. There is always someone at the reception, great attitude, they speak Russian. Anyway, I'll be back there again.
The pool was closed at the beginning of May. I read other reviews, so I didn't really hope for him, and I didn't have enough time. After all, I came to see the country, and not to swim in the pool)))
Friendly, delicious buffet breakfasts, good location, safe deposit box
Of the cons:
- the walls are made of paper, you can hear everything that happens on both floors.
- the batteries are not working, the heating is due to the air conditioner, the air dries terribly
- when the air conditioner is turned off
- the cleaner doesn't speak either Russian or English, it's hard to explain what you want (to replace towels, but not to clean the floors, for example)
- there is a refrigerator, but it is turned off
