A place for those who have not eaten shu before. The pastry chef didn't bother much with the filling. All custard-based creams (without oil), the feeling of diversity is formed only due to their number in the showcase. We tried raspberry - the pastry chef was too lazy to wipe the mashed potatoes, the bones are crunching, the taste of raspberries is almost imperceptible (I was tormented by the question why not confit or compote, why raspberries were so incompetently transferred), in the coffee shop, again, there is a very separate hint of coffee (except for the grains in the chocolate medallion covering the "technical hole" for the cream).
A huge disadvantage is that there are NO drinks, if you are ready to eat dry - go ahead, we preferred to take it with us.
The interior certainly looks decent, but it makes sense if you can't fully enjoy it (you can only stand inside).
