The quality of the photos is poor, I took pictures with my daughter on my passport, photos with a red tint, while the girl who served me knew that the photo turned out to have red hair and did not warn about it. The price does not match the quality. The salesperson spoke tactlessly. I asked for a Book of comments and suggestions in order to write a proposal. The book was missing from the salon (at the place where the services were provided, strangely...).
As a result, after a long conversation, she asked either to redo the photos, or to refund the money if this is not possible. The money was refunded.

I do not know what is happening with this center, but the quality is falling dramatically, customer orientation is 0! The problem of not matching the color and scale of the original sent layout and the final print, it turns out to be the client's problem!) I asked to reprint it on another printer, it turned out a little better, as a result, payment was made for both the unsuitable and the reprinted version.. well ok)... but dear management of the printing center, when sending a layout for printing, no client is aware of the features of your printers, they give out lighter (at times!) or darker - all this is your responsibility, the output result should be at least very close to the layout... or it is necessary to initially warn customers about these nuances...

Probably the best photo studio. Moreover, cool girls work in both branches. They make excellent photos for documents, process them so that it is beautiful. But at the Airfield it is more convenient with Parking and the room itself is prettier.)

I came to the center to print a stencil. I sent a file with a visual , to which the girl said that she could not print these files. We tried to solve this situation somehow, the girl printed out 2 A4 sheets (as a trial version, in order to see what would happen). Nothing worked out, there was absolutely not what was needed. I, in turn, accepted this fact without any complaints, thanked him and wanted to leave. And then I was very surprised by the girl's phrase, she demanded payment for these 2 test sheets, which she printed out and which I absolutely do not need . Asking the question , why should I pay for it!? I didn't get a clear answer and paid.In that case, I should have been warned that it would be paid. I immediately went to another center, where they printed everything out for me and found a way out of my situation . The conclusion is this: an inexperienced girl and money into the void (I left these 2 sheets to her)
