I used to print postcards in your salon, I liked everything, there was a nice girl.I turned back today, the sediment is not the most pleasant.I came to the girl, brought 2 pictures and handed over the cover for the certificate.There was a joke gift in the plans. (A little book, like student covers, etc.).She said that I needed 2 pictures so that it would be like a certificate on both sides.An important detail!!!I gave the cover into the hands of a female employee.While she was working in Photoshop, I didn't feel anything was wrong, because I gave all the materials, as in my opinion to a person who should understand, the task is not the most difficult.While I went to withdraw money (by the way, it's also not the most pleasant, you can't pay with a card, pay doesn't work either.)I came with the payment, the girl gave me the printout.I understand if I came and just verbally said what I needed, but I gave the cover in my hands.As a result, the girl made a double-sided print, like a business card, only in size for my cover.Let me remind you, the cover opens like a book.I started explaining to her what was wrong, she didn't understand the problem at all.She started talking:"So you turn it over."Excuse me, if the certificate is placed in the cover, no one turns it over, all the information should be there when opening the cover.She did not admit that she had done something wrong and did not understand.When I finally managed to explain to her, she said that I had asked for a two-way one myself.Let's say even if I had made a reservation like that (I couldn't).Then why, holding the cover in his hands, did the employee not think and explain to the client what would be wrong????For the purity of the experiment, I gave my friends the same task conditions as your employee, but without the cover in my hands, just a photo of the cover.Everyone gave me the correct answer to the problem without question, no one even had an option like your employee.The most unpleasant thing is that they took the money for me for the wrong and correct option, although I think this is a puncture of the employee.I didn't swear, because I didn't have much strength today.I hope this situation has served as a lesson for your employee and her spatial thinking has expanded a little.They work well in Photoshop, there are no questions.But I ask you to engage in the comprehensive development of your compatriots.All the best!

We needed a printout of one A3 sheet from AutoCAD in black and white. Not only could they not open the file correctly, they also could not print it in landscape format! All you had to do was press the landscape location. Rough. And they took the money for the service, although I refused to take what I didn't need. The owner's advice is to take employees who understand all types of printing or train them. Wasted time, money and nerves
