A pleasant bank, at least transfers come to it, sometimes you need to wait 10-20 minutes for a transfer. I was withdrawing money from payoneer to his card, the bank charged a commission of 120p, in my opinion this is legalized theft, for the first time I see such a horse commission for the transfer. I used other banks and everything was more democratic there, something in the region of 5-10$ maximum for the transfer and maybe another 1-2% of the commission will be charged from the total amount, but my total amount was about 110 euros and the bank charged 120 byn of this amount for the transfer.
