"These are greedy goons," I thought then.
It's been like 15 years. Nothing has changed, greed has not gone away.
Every time I withdraw euros from an ATM on Pushkinskaya Street, every time I come across either a bill painted with something, or a torn one. At least one, but it will be. Every damn time.
The problem is that then I can't put this bill anywhere. Exchangers do not accept any, especially priorbank. The argument "I got it at your ATM half an hour ago" doesn't bother anyone.
Well, that's right, why hand over dilapidated bills to the national bank, waste money and time on this, you can just load them into an ATM, let the bank's customers waste time and money.

To sum up, I have been a client of Prior for more than 15 years for reasons beyond my control and I can say that, according to my observations, this is the most greedy bank in the Republic of Belarus.

Be careful. Priorbank steals money from a debit virtual card, making your balance negative. It was 0 on the map, it became a minus. + they charge interest on the stolen amount. Don't trust them with your funds!
Priorbank ATM took the money, but did not transfer it to the card account. After contacting the contact center, they said wait at least 15 working days. How is it? And if it concerns very important moments of life, and if it is the last money? And in response, a clearly memorized phrase: - we are doing our best! When using the bank's money, give back the interest! And for using mine? The bank told me it wouldn't give me my interest! And the billboards and all the staff said : You are our client and only for your sake And so on.... THE BANK IS NOT WORKING WELL
As a legal entity, they used the bank's services. Everything is well thought out, there are many branches, courteous staff. That's just that payments did not take place about one day a week because there was an "error on the server" (less often something else). We contacted technical support many times - the result is zero. As a result, they opened an account with another bank. It costs money to close an account with priorbank, but if you just don't use it, it doesn't seem like anything should be debited. But sometimes various amounts were written off - 5-15 rubles and the reasons, plus or minus, are a stretch justified. But God be with them.
But when we transferred money from an account in another bank to an individual's account in Priorbank, the commission was also deducted from our account in Priorbank, although Priorbank did not provide us with any service, our other bank also took the commission from the account of which they paid (it is clear why there). An employee of the bank referred to the fact that we have an agreement with them, according to which we agree with everything that they publish on the website (well, yes, every day we just sit and reread 700 pages of the priorbank website).
Total: no services have been rendered, but the money has been written off. An obvious sign of unjustified enrichment on the face, that's just suing them for 15p....
The bank is not very responsible, I transferred money to this bank, and I cannot contact them.

Are you serious? A simple letter, not even the first class, which can be tracked. As a result, I can't get the documents to apply for a visa, because the standard for receiving an extract by mail is up to 15 days. Is it really hard to send a paid statement at least in 1st class?
A very, very slow bank, one cash register works, serves two customers in half an hour.
