The most terrible department of the Prior . One person accepts , a kilometer - long queue . I stood in line for an hour , and as a result I was the last one - the door was closed in front of my face and they said they would not serve me .

Slow operation of the operator. It is serviced by only one operator. I barely accepted 3 people in half an hour.
