It is not clear at all why this branch exists if it does not have cash desks / currency exchange. A currency ATM may not have the right currency or the right denomination (at best, there are 100€\100$ bills) The most disgusting private bank in the country: there are several branches where you can withdraw currency from a card / exchange currency in Minsk, there is either no money in the existing ones, or queues of 30+ minutes. Employees do not know information beyond their department, and the same is true in the application. Every time you have to go around 2-3 branches to withdraw some ridiculous amounts from their card.

When I came to this branch, I wanted to stop being a customer of this bank. Why do you need this branch if there is no currency exchange?! Does the information center accept bills of a maximum of $50? Well, explain to me why, being a bank customer, I have to go somewhere unknown, change money there and go back to the branch to put this money on the card ... nonsense
