The worst branch of this bank. There are always some problems with the specialists (no questions to the cashier), tell them all the options for registration / reissue at once. You can do anything with support, but you can't with them.

The first visit to the bank, like for a very simple matter, like currency exchange, took me 45 minutes!!!!! There was 1 (ONE) person in front of me, and the one who was standing at the checkout (yes, he was the one who was served for so long, since the cashier did not know what to do and constantly consulted with someone on the phone). How do you think my wait ended? Right! The currency is not available. There were no notifications about the lack of currency or notifications from the consultant. It's just a waste of time! It's terrible, just terrible. Parking in winter, by the way, is also "unavailable" due to the fact that it is not cleaned ... conclusion: the bank is good, the branch is bad
