Upon receipt of the card, it turned out that a child's birth certificate was also required. A bank employee could immediately tell which documents are needed, and three people would not waste their time. I do not recommend this branch, and the Priorbank is no longer the same.

For more than 30 minutes, with minimal workload, to issue a PO card (recommend to do it yourself through the application) and wait another 30 minutes to receive a receipt with a current account number, this is the top of the "customer orientation" of this branch. And two girls meeting at the entrance, one of whom, apparently, is not even 18 years old, only arrogantly ask for what purpose I or other visitors came to this institution, and disturbed them. A little advice, you do not need to openly argue with the client, and even more arrogantly correct if the person does not understand all the nuances of banking terminology. Very disgusting service, this branch is no longer a foot.

I received an alert confirming the visit. I arrived at the appointed time, but the department was closed on that day for technical reasons.
